TigerBite 425

We purchased a TigerBite 425 earlier this year.
Within a few weeks, we began having problems with the machine, and we got in touch with Tigerbite straight away. We ended up paying for a new engine to be fitted. Within a couple of weeks of the new engine, we began having similar problems. Again, got straight in touch with Tigerbite, to which we were told we are 'incompetent'. Without even attempting to have a constructive conversation with us, they blamed us for the problems with the machine.
Their customer service is horrendous, and the company's director is downright rude.
I would NOT recommend anyone purchase from this company. We have now been in touch with many others who have the same or similar problems.
