Has always been well priced and fast for me, but I've never had to deal with a return to them so I can't comment on that.

Well, I don't really know how to explain it but I'll try.
Having done a number of transactions with you people in the past I have to say that I've never been left unsatisfied as a customer. Any time I have placed an order it's been processed and shipped very quickly and if there was any problem it was looked after fast.. That means something to me because there are other companies out there online that don't really care about service after they process your credit card and get paid. With that in mind, I have to give you people two thumbs up from me.

Confusing delivery process
Received the correct product at a reasonable price. However, order was split in 2 with no notification as to why or when second part would be shipped and, although eventually shipped, it was not using the same shipper so the whole process was confusing.
