This site offered the best price for the phone I wanted. Never heard of this online shopping site before but some friends had. I was clearly told that the delivery wasn't as fast as with the largest online shopping site but I was ok with that. So, no complaints. The parcel took some 10 days to arrive, yet they were informing me of its progress and expected delivery date. The goods arrive as expected: sealed and in mint condition.

Ordinato un telefono Huawei P Smart S il 13/12/20. Il 16/12/20 ricevo la mail di conferma ordine. Ho ricevuto l'ordine il 04/01/21. Sono delusa dai tempi di spedizione. Era il regalo di Natale di mia figlia, ma è arrivato troppo tardi. DELUSISSIMA😠😠😠😠
Per il telefono acquistato, è presto per pronunciarmi.

I haven't recieved my order yet!!!I order was said to be on its way on 11/25/2020 and its 01/04/2021 and still no order delivered yet!!I want a refund.

Ref. order 2320269. Last 19/12, I've bought a Huawei P30 lite Smartphone: 1) Even if I put in, the discount code indicated, I paid the total amount; 2) no real order confirmation has been received, only payment one, with an order ref inexistent: no possibility to contact them, neither via FORM, since the order number is unknown for them, even if my money has been received. no Covid or Xmas holidays excuses are acceptable, since other vendors replay and give signs of their life, in any case.
I'm requesting my money back otherwise I'll proceed with web Police and I invite all of you, whose money has been stolen to do the same.

i bought a phone with 8gb ram and 128 rom and camera 64 mp and what i recieved was a mobile with 6 gb ram-64gb rom and camera 48 mp ..besides i recieved the product after 11 days which is long time of delivery....I do not recommend this shop.

WARNING !!! They tried to steal 800€ from my account sending a fake link to my phone number, impersonating the Spain Ofiicial Courier Service. I have never visited this website but my bank App warned me about the 800€ purchase I was about to allow. BE CAREFUL !!

Bad experience.

Had a ipad pro for days ago, with a evident problem on the screen. If i push on one edge the screen start to draw orizontal black lines pattern.

I communicate the problems immediately, but they do not want to refurbish me completely. They say to contacact apple care or have 30% less of my money back.

Is almost impossible contact TigerShop assistance.

Not fair seller.

Ho comprato un ipad pro settimana scorsa e ha subito cominciato con un difetto evidente dello schermo. Se premo su un bordo si presentano delle righe nere sullo schermo che sono fastidiossissime e vanno via solo dopo minuti.

Contattati immediatamente, Tigershop mi dice che devo rivolgermi all'AppleCare, ma io voglio esercitare il diritto di recesso, visto che il prodotto è difettoso.

Tigershop mi dice che posso farlo ma si terranno il 30% di quanto pagato.

Mai più nella vita.

This is my second purchase from Tiger Shop - the first was a Mi 8 phone. I have now bought the Mi Smart Band 5. On both occasions the delivery was fast, the devices function properly and the prices are unbeatable. Also, with both purchases a handy extra courier bag was included in the package in case I needed to return a faulty item. Amazaon has never done that and for me that is a huge difference in the customer service offered. I will be back! Thank you to the Tiger Shop team.

They cover up thieves and deliver to them.
My girlfriend card has been stolen and a order was made to this shop with it, they said that they had holden up the delivery but didn't do so, now they said that the item has been delivered to the robber and they can't do nothing about it, not reimburse, not share robbers delivery address, nothing. They're surely part of the scam.

Absolutely terrible experience. The phone has been shipped 11 days after the order (8 working days after, not 7 as they said). The phone was UK version, with UK charger, not compatible with the Italian sockets. There is no phone number to contact the assistance, takes half a day for them to reply (if they even reply). When asked about the charger, they just said "sorry" like they did not know it was coming from UK and sent over a 1 euro adaptor to fix the problem. WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD WITH AN ONLINE SHOP. DO NOT BUY, THERE ARE BETTER SHOPS ONLINE, FEW EUROS ARE NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE.

Esperienza da non ripetere. Il telefono è stato spedito con 11 giorni di ritardo senza nessun giustificato motivo (8 giorni lavorativi dopo, non 7). Il telefono è in versione UK e non italiana, come indicato nel sito. Il caricatore non è compatibile con le prese italiane, non hanno un numero di telefono a cui contattarli e rispondono dopo mezza giornata (altro che 10 minuti come scritto nel sito). Si sono "scusati" per il disguido, facendo finta di non sapere che il telefono era versione UK, e han mandato un banalissimo adattatore da 1 euro per "risolvere il problema". PEGGIOR ESPERIENZA AVUTA ONLINE. CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE DI CERCARE ALTRI NEGOZI.
