Our Head Office is now based in Morpeth along with our new distribution centre opened in 2014. Quality without the silly prices
I love this company. I can pick up stockings and tights for the 'larger lady' at 'normal' prices, not inflated ones because there are larger ladies out there. Always fast service and discreet packaging. Keep up the good work :)

Above and Beyond!
Without a doubt Tights Tights Tights have delivered the most superb customer service that I've ever experienced. I ordered some Skeleton tights for Halloween, requesting guaranteed Saturday delivery. Due to an error by Royal Mail my request was not fulfilled. I also emailed Tights Tights Tights to make them aware of the issue. To my surprise I received a response from Carol (even though it was a Saturday so out of office hours) who apologised and advised that she would look in to what had happened. Later that day, around 6pm, Carol got back to me saying that she had noticed I was based on Newcastle, only about 30 minutes from her. She then offered to personally deliver the tights to me! I was so thrilled as I needed the tights as the finishing touch to my Halloween outfit. Carol arrived at my house, tights in hand :) She saved the day and went above and beyond the service I expected. I've told all of my friends and can not recommended Tights Tights Tights highly enough.

Great description
Great service! I wasn't sure which pair of tights to buy and called them direct and spoke to a very nice lady who gave me a description of the tights and she was spot on! Tights tights tights also delivered as promised next day, right on time for the wedding. I am Very pleased and will definitely buy with them again.

Good customer service and returns/refunds system
I ordered my tights next day delivery to arrive the day before halloween because I had a party to attend that night. Sadly, the Royal Mail courier failed to deliver on time so I didn't have the tights for when I needed them. I emailed Tights, Tights, Tights that evening and they replied out of hours and were really helpful and apologetic. They told me to refuse the tights when they arrive and they would be returned to them and I would get a full refund. I am still waiting on this, hopefully it will appear in my account tomorrow?
