Don't trust their dispatch dates. says 1-2 days. Mine was 5!!!!!

6 days later they have relpied to come hier negative reviews but not my email of 6 days ago asking you a return. The goods are sitting in a post office and will not be collected in time before they are sent back to you. Will I get a full refund including postage? Please feel free to answer my email instead of your reviews.

Not able to deliver Wolfsblutt Hundefutter when you needed. Get a unqualified answer, when you ask why. I cannot live with a company not able to deliver food to my dogs in due time and different sorts.

Hello all! I think there is confusion with another site that was called "team Tierisch" (notice this company is spelled differently.) I can only presume it was a scam. I had also ordered from there but now the website/Instagram has disappeared and I have noticed lots of other people with the same situation. Looks like we were all scammed :(

I think your right this is a very bad company ordered a sweatshirt beginning of april they took my money and no goods as at 13th June 2020 they just send a email telling you they will give you the tracking number when it’s in the Uk!! They need to be closed down immediately !!

Didn’t receive my order after 1.5 month. Wondering if this is a fake company or not. Very poor service

Edit - Team Tiierisch responded for this review but haven’t responded to my replies to them. So basically they have tried to say I’m wrong but won’t speak to me direct in order to resolve. I have all order confirmations and even bank statements showing the order being paid to them. But no top and the only response the one below to this review. Beginning to think they are crooks and scammers whereas before I just thought it was a mistake and bad customer service.

Ordered a top from this company at the start of April. Received all my confirmations of order, they took my money and then nothing else. No direct contact details and no response to my emails, Facebook and Instagram messages. Guessing I’ve now lost my money and won’t get my top.

Very very bad store. They make promises about sending your order. But they don't do it. I was waiting for 2 weeks to get my order. I now canceled it. And I hope I get my money back.
This is a very bad site. Never order here again. They only want money but they don't send stuff.

super store. has everything and the service is good. there is always help if something is wrong. One small thing could be better, is to get some stronger boxes when goods are shipped.

Only order from tiierisch.de, If you like false deliveries, or you like to wait for missing parts for 2 months and more, or you like to receive missing part of other customers and you like when support doesn't care. Do you like when support forget about you? Order from tiierisch.de.

On the bright side, they have actually delivered the order. So you can try to order something that doesn't have any parts in it.

I've ordered a Hunter food bowl and some other stuff for my dog.
I placed my order in the afternoon and the day after it was shipped. Just as it should be!
I then received the order to find out that they have delivered the wrong food bowl (just in a larger size). But 10 minuter after i sent them an email I've got an answer. And we found a solution that pleased me.
So definitely not the last time ordering from them. Actually I'm already in progress of placing a new order :-)
