Excellent customer service
My first time shopping with Tiki Surf Shop. I ordered online and was having an issue applying a discount code. I dropped the store a message and they followed up by email with me. Kelly was particularly helpful to resolve the issue. Delivery was free with my purchase and super quick. I was really impressed with the personal and friendly service provided and delighted with my ski helmet. I will definitely be back for my ski and surf purchases going forwards.

Hey Jennifer. We can see the order shipped on the 4th of September and there was a failed delivery on the 5th. According to our tracking Fedex has it at one of their local facilities. Our customer service team will email you now on the address you've provided and are always on call to help. Please understand that once we ship an item, the responsibility for delivery lies with the courier, in this case Fedex.
