Hadn't heard from delivery company 1 week after order, phoned up and eventually figured out you had my mobile number done as 12 digits. Was told it was updated and delivery would happen next day - next day no contact or sign of delivery, phoned up again, my mobile was still wrong, changed it again and am still awaiting my delivery.

Highly recommended supplier
I would highly recommend Tile Merchant. They provided amazing customer service. We were under pressure to get a specific order as our contractor was ahead of schedule. There website indicated delivery would take 1-2 days and when I contacted them to explain the urgency, they arranged it to be delivered the following day. I was very impressed with their response and how they stuck to their word. A lot of other supply companies could learn from Tile Merchant.

Placed an order online for artifical grass and went to collect it only to be told the cutting machine is out of order, that was over a week ago and I have not received any up date yet

6 days late, arrived just before midnight
Terrible service, advertised as 2-4 days delivery. They do deliver midweek, but won't tell you what day, so you have to sit in from Monday to Friday. They said they would deliver either sat or sun. you get infomed the day before and advise delivery will be between 10pm and 12pm saturday night. I ordered on May 5th, delivery was May 11th, 11 days instead of 2-4pm. Driver was a very lovely guy, though he was driving for 15hrs, which seems unsafe to me. Sales chap on the phone was shocked at potential delivery, he was also lovely but could not help. The website is very misleading with it's 2-4 days. Never order for delivery
