Overall stock and lead times are good
Overall stock and lead times are good. Staff are friendly and professional. Only gave four out of five as we were unable to send back samples ordered online.

The sample was so small it was useless
The sample was so small it was useless. So we visited our local store to view a larger piece plus we needed 3 other lots of tiles.
The 3 staff were in the store. They didn't acknowledge us. Eventually i went to ask where the tiles were... they aren't available. There was no discussing, no interest in us, no asking of they could help with anything. We left and went to 2 other time shops were we had a lot of help and made our purchase.

Tiles Unfit for the Wall
When delivered several packs where damaged, which were replace, but when my tiler started tilling the tiles where some bigger in size not lining.Taken those tile down, started again checked several packs most tiles where out by atleast 2mm.Went to the store to get refund was refused, just kept say its 3mm tollerence. I ended up buy new tile from elsewhere for the tiler, to my work.

Purchased a full en-suite
Purchased a shower, tray, cubicle, cabinet, toilet, vanity unit, and heated towel rail after initially viewing online. I then visited the newly refitted Nottingham branch, where Martin provided excellent customer service and arranged next-day delivery.

Great company
After googling them we went to the local store in Nottingham , we were looking for something to match our current tile flooring . Martin was a very knowledgeable and helpful member of staff. Helped us to choose a similar flooring. Placed our order and because we didn’t need it delivering straight away he allowed us to arrange the delivery for 3 weeks time. Very happy and am sure we will use them again in the future. Fully recommend. Amazing company.

Highly satisfied with Tile Mountain
We had a great experience with Tile Mountain during the restoration of our house. Their showroom was spacious, making it easy to explore a wide range of tile options. The items were delivered quickly, and we are very happy with the quality. Customer service was also very helpful when arranging the return of some leftover tiles.
