I have never received my order and they are ignoring my emails regarding a refund.

Had a small order for which the shipping cost was as high as the value of the tiles. Got in touch with customer support and they provided alternative shipping. Great experience.

I had a few tiles that arrived broken, but the company handled it brilliantly. They responded straight away and replaced the damaged tiles very quickly with no hassle at all. Excellent customer service from beginning to end and great communication throughout. Thanks to Sam, Asim, and Abu. Highly recommend!

Standard delivery was way too high for my small order so I rang sales. Very helpful lady gave me an even better price on the tiles and a perfectly fair delivery price.
When the tiles arrived, some were broken but a single email got an express delivery replacement for them.

As a contractor I alway judge a company on there after sales if there is any problems and how they deal with it tiles direct have been excellent so would never have a worry about ordering from them again.

Superb support from Maya over the phone. I enquired about reducing the shipping costs as I was only buying 4x border tiles and she was able to get this to a reasonable level. I thank her very much for her assistance.

We received a few chipped tiles and i ordered 1 short, i contacted customer service and they sorted the issue out promptly.

I had a very disappointing experience with Tile Direct. They are not professional or trustworthy. My order was only partially delivered, and I still haven’t received the remaining items. On top of that, I was charged a delivery fee even though it was supposed to be free. I tried to contact them, but their communication and customer service were very poor. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all, they do not keep their promises and are unreliable.

One of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. We will never order from Tiles-Direct again. Utterly untrustworthy, from my experience, they don’t actually own any stock themselves; they simply act as a poorly managed reseller. My experience has been dreadful for the following reasons:

Orders over £500 are meant to qualify for free delivery, yet we were charged a delivery fee. After several phone calls, we were told this was a “system error” and that the charge would be refunded. To this day, no refund has been issued.

The wrong colour tile palette was delivered. When I called to sort it out, they blamed their supplier, confirming my suspicion that they don’t hold stock themselves.

I arranged a collection, waited at home the entire day, and received absolutely no notification. No one turned up, no message, nothing.

We ordered tiles, trims, and panels, all of which arrived separately via different couriers. Once again, this shows they’re not managing stock directly, just shuffling orders around like a disorganised middleman.

I still haven’t received my tile trims and am continually having to chase them up.

We had a builder booked to fit the tiles, but due to Tiles-Direct’s incompetence and delays, we had to cancel the job and pay a cancellation fee. Absolutely disgraceful service. Never again.

I asked a question by email and it was answered in full within minutes. Really helpful advice with links to all the products. Thank you for the great service!

Good communication, great tiles at a reasonable price and quick delivery, will use again.

Easy to order. Arrived promptly and as described

I had a terrible experience with Tiles Direct. I placed an order online on 20/08/25. The next morning, I received an email from Sam, the Online Sales Manager, informing me that the tiles were out of stock and were expected to arrive by 01/10/25. I called him to ask if there was a chance the order would be cancelled, as I needed certainty for my builders. He assured me the tiles would definitely be with me by 01/10/25, if not earlier.

On 29/09/25, I emailed Sam for an update, as I still hadn’t received any notification that my order was being prepared or dispatched. He replied the following day, saying the delivery date had now changed to 22/10/25 and asked if I was happy to wait. If I hadn’t contacted him first, would he have informed me of this delay at all?

I responded that I wasn’t willing to wait and requested a full refund. He said he would process it. By 10/10/25, I still hadn’t seen the refund on my statement, so I had to email Sam again asking for proof. Only then did I receive a PayPal notification confirming the refund, followed two minutes later by an email from Sam with the receipt. If I hadn’t chased it, I don’t believe I would have received it.

Had a very good experience with this company, tiles were excellent, even though two large tiles were damaged, they quickly sent replacements and received in two days. Would definitely use again.

Dealing with Tiles Direct was made so much easier by Debs who quickly sorted out a problem regarding our order. Our Tiles have arrived this morning just a couple of days after ordering them .We are very impressed .
