Fantastic customer service. I'm a repeat customer and the tiles are superb. Customer Service amazing. Our first delivery couldn't have been better, pallet delivery, deliveredright up to the foor exactly where we needed it. Our second delivery, we did have issues when the delivery company was trying to deliver to the wrong address. Contacted tiles direct and within 10 minutes of me emailing, Abu was on the case. Contacted the delivery company straight away to see what was wrong. Maya then took over on the weekend sending a photo to confirm the address was wrong. Delivery reorganised for the next day which happened as it should. Tiles all safe and unbroken.
Absolutely superb customer service and tiles. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be back. Thank you.

Ordered online on a Wednesday for delivery on the Friday. Delivery didn't arrive. Phoned the office to follow up, got told they apologise and it was going to be dispatched that day, and would be with me on the Tuesday. Again, it didn't arrive. Called the office again on the Wednesday (a week after I placed the order) to be told it had been put down as a collection and I needed to pay an additional fee for delivery, even though the website had automatically offered me free delivery and wasn't told this the first time I called up. I cancelled my order as the only reason I went with these in the first place was so they would be delivered fast (or so I thought). Go to B&Q instead!

Different colours for the same "type" of oak acoustic panels. - Unacceptable.

I've ordered the same type of acoustic panels but with two different dimensions. Unfortunately, the same (!) Oak wood had a different shade.

My mistake was that I put them into the wall and then realised it. Of course, they don't offer compensation since it's already installed and there is no staining solution (they don't sell it).

So always check your order because apparently their quality control is non-existent.

Superb company. There was some confusion on the order which they responded to and resolved for me within hours of ny raising it.

Good range of tile mouldings not commonly available from other large vendors. Got a quick turn around on a sample request, then great service from Debs who was happy to reduce delivery cost for a relatively lightweight package of border tiles.

Speedy tracked delivery within 48 hours of order.

Ordered wall tiles and received them within 2 days but unfortunately on arrival 2 and a bit boxes were all broken. I contacted the company straight away and supplied pictures of broken tiles. With no fuss from them they asked how many I needed to be replaced. I let them know and without delay they reordered the amount I required. I received the 2nd order again within 2 days.

Would highly recommend this company as tiles are good quality and service is also excellent. Thank you all involved.

Debs from Tiles direct could not have been more helpful! I am impressed by how fast she responded, how quick she was in sorting out my request for tiles and then, changing the mistake I'd made and replacing my order with the correct colour tile. Thank you, I will definitely recommend to others!

Easy to order from tiles direct , order 100 tiles , quick delivery but 28 tiles were damaged . Tiles direct(maya) sorted this problem out very quickly and I had damaged tiles replaced with in a few days . Great customer service & so polite many thanks to you Maya for your patience and service .

Absolutely awful company, most of my tiles arrived chipped with two full boxes broken in peices and sizey tiles that didnt line up with the ones below. Asked to have them collected and was told I'd have to pay for collection then 10% restocking charge. I would 100% steer clear of this company unless you want delayed and a rubbish tiling job that will be no fault of the tiler.

I was so impressed today when I spoke with Debs, she gave me a fantastic customer service experience and was so helpful, friendly and efficient! I had been attempting to make an online purchase of a small order, which went swimmingly well until I got to the checkout and was greeted with a £45 delivery fee of a £66 order. I thought it was worth calling up to see if something could be done to reduce the delivery fee. When Debs answered the phone, I was not disappointed. Debs couldn’t have been more helpful and managed to reduce my delivery fee to £10 as well as a 5% discount to boot! Thank you so much Debs, for making my shopping experience such a pleasant one! @Debs manager, please promote her. She is an absolute credit to you! I would also encourage you to ask Debs to train others so they know where the bar is and how to reach it! Thanks again!

Good quality tiles but worst customer service of any tile company I’ve used. They delivered a large pallet with boxes broken. When the fitter realised they were broken they refused to replace (more than 2 working days) and charged list price for the tile replacements which I had to go and collect from Leeds. Chancers.

Debs was extremely kind and patient on the call. Very knowledgeable about the product and unit prices. Willing to help by providing solutions beyond the expected. Made our day as she was so bubbly! Thank you! 🤩

Ordered tiles, they sent the wrong tile to the one that was on the invoice, called and the first guy said that they can call the tiles wherever they want, spoke to his manager, who asked me to send pictures, he argues that they were a similar colour. They weren't. Had a couple of conversations with him over a few days. Finally managed to raise it to operations manager who agreed the tiles were incorrect and they collected them and refunded. Frustrating as has out our project back weeks and there was no offer of compensation or real understanding of the implications on our project. Wouldn't use again.

Only needed 2x tiles, but they Automatically charge £39 delivery. A quick email later and they sorted a quote with a substantially lower delivery cost. My email was replied to almost immediately and they were super helpful.

I ordered a small number of tiles for a fireplace. A number of the tiles arrived damaged – not a little bit but missing whole corners. The company whinged claiming they can only return the proportion that was damaged. This is useless to me as we had to source new tiles do the job properly – the tiles that I ordered from this company are useless.

Extremely impressed with Tiles direct. Firstly the price was quite frankly the cheapest by far.
Simple website to navigate and purchase. We were kept informed of our order status and delivery throughout.
Delivery thankfully was flawless and the delivery company absolutely went above and beyond, parking at the top of the lane and hand wheeling the pallet down onto the driveway. Such a lovely guy, highly recommended and would 100% purchase from again, simple and flawless, what else could you want.
