Best ever! I found I needed marble tiles in two days. This was the only company I could find in the country that could deliver them to me in the time frame. Even those that said they could online, phoned to say they couldn't after all. My local Tunbridge Wells store also had some beautiful marble tiles on display to choose from, while many other stores have stopped stocking real stone. The lady in Tunbridge Wells store was really helpful and gave good advice. The tracking was excellent. I could see all the stages of their journey. The delivery was excellent with all tiles in perfect condition and absolutely stunning.

The staff at the Bounds Green store were friendly and knowledgeable. There was a good atmosphere in the store and John was attentive and gave me practical solutions to a problem I had with my current project. I will definitely use and recommend this branch. the complimentary coffee was much appreciated too.

We visited the Colchester store a few times during the process of choosing our bathroom tiles. The team there were extremely welcoming and super helpful, they spent time assisting us and made great suggestions. The customer service was brilliant and they provided samples. Would highly recommend Barry and his team.

Found the staff very friendly, we even had the children with us which would normally be difficult, but because they have an area for children with colouring books etc kept them busy, thank you to all the team

We found the staff at Bounds Green to be very helpful, particularly John. We could not fault the service and parking was not a problem. We went to other providers for bathroom tiles and finally purchased them from Tiles DIY.

I recently purchased outdoor tiles from Tiles DIY, and I couldn't be happier with my shopping experience. The delivery arrived right on my preferred date. The quality of the tiles exceeded my expectations, and the customer service was outstanding.

Very good quality products that arrived on time with very friendly delivery. I would recommend ordering a sample tile before making a big order as the tiles I purchased did look different to the pictures online.
I can understand how this happens, but I was surprised by the difference in colour and had to return.

The returns process requires customers to book and pay for their own collection and return which is straightward when using the curriors Tiles
DIY recommend. As with every company it is useful to read the T's and C's before making a big purchase.
I did not find the returns service easy to navigate, but I did receive very helpful and responsive customer service from Tiles DIY and they have been committed to ensuring I received a positive experience shopping with them, even though I ended up returning the products I ordered.

I recently visited 'Tiles DIY' to work on a little home improvement project, and I can confidently say that Jermaine, one of their employees, made the entire experience outstanding. What a wonderful store and helpful staff! Had no idea how many tiles were needed but the manager Kallum happily calculated it all for me and even took the time to inform me of the materials and qualities of each tile design I was interested in! So happy with my experience at Tiles diy croydon will definitely be using them again 😁

NO customer services at all, Callum the manager was disrespectful rude and was verbally and sexually abusive. I have video footage of the incident. Complaint was made to the company - but they do no nothing- AVOID this store.Police report made. They employ boys who have no respect or people skills

Robel (Store Manager at Bounds Green Branch) is excellent. He helped my wife and I choose the right tiles, quantities and all the correct accessories for our 3 bathrooms. It was very reassuring for us to have someone of his experience and knowledge deal with us. He helped arrange the delivery and additional items efficiently and was always on hand with advice after we paid for everything to make sure everything went smoothly. All his prices were competitive and we will be back to purchase more items as we were very impressed by the Vanity Units and Shower Screens he had on display too.

I approached Tiles DIY with a dilemma, and they fixed it. I ordered tiles from a competitor, and they arrived broken. The competitor refused to help resolve the issue even though they were at fault.

Thankfully, Tiles DIY could provide the tiles in time! Sabrina from the live chat was very patient with me as I explained my problem. She provided the resources I needed to purchase and checked to ensure I understood the process. I was able to order the tiles, and she sought additional confirmation that they would be delivered on line. The tiles were successfully delivered today!!!!!

Ordered a fantastic earth white porcelain tile was delivered promptly well packaged and driver helped move to side for me would rate as excellent on a bank holiday too

we went to croydon Tiles DIY today the 1st of April 2023. we were welcomed and supported by Callum. he was professional helpful and polite. he answered all our questions and showed us the products. we thought we would look at alternatives in the local area. We were shocked at the competition they were uninterested and the tiles were not to out liking.
so we came back to Callum and will be placing a large order tomorrow.
The order is only because of the way we were made to feel by Callum, he put us at the centre of everything and is truly an asset to your company.If you had a load of people like Callum your brand would be in safe hands.

NOT a great company to deal with. over and over they preach about the T&Cs, and have zero customer service skills. We had few boxes which had several broken tiles in, apparently you have to inspect every single tile upon delivery!
Delivery day- expect to sit in all day, you dont get a time slot nor a call to advise they are on their way.
