WARNING - Save yourself the stress and buy your tiles from a reputable, reachable merchant that respects basic consumer laws…

I spent thousands of pounds with Tile Station, buying a massive 135 square metres of tiles across two separate orders (an initial 110 sq m followed by a further 25 sq m). You would expect a company to treat a high-spending customer with basic professionalism and honesty, but their post-purchase operation is an absolute disgrace.

After completing my project, I had leftover 6 boxes of tiles in their pristine, factory-sealed, unopened original boxes. I contacted them immediately—within 5 to 7 days of delivery, well within the standard 14-day statutory return window. I was not chasing them months later; I acted straight away.

From the start, getting in touch was nearly impossible:
Invalid contact number on their: The official phone number displayed on their website does not work. You cannot get through to anyone by phone except calling to retail shop who are helples and completely depended on one person who is their director named Kas.

Ghosted by the Director on WhatsApp: When you reach out via WhatsApp, their Director completely ignores the messages. Not a single reply, no update, total radio silence once they have your money.

Despite being threatened with outrageous, punitive restocking fees (25% or even higher) simply for returning unopened, sealed boxes within days, I personally returned 6 pristine, boxed tiles directly to their Gravesend retail store more than a week ago.
The result? They took the tiles back, but they still have not refunded a single penny. Over a week later, they are sitting on both the returned stock and my money. Complete silence from the store, and blatant refusal from the Director to acknowledge messages.

To make matters worse, beware of their retail showroom pricing. The exact same tiles are sold in their retail stores at massive, extortionate markups compared to what is listed online. They charge premium, rip-off showroom prices, but run a cowboy-style post-sales operation where legitimate returns are swallowed up, phone lines are dead, and management hides behind unanswered messages.

Tile Station has proven they have zero ethics and total contempt for paying customers.

WARNING - Save yourself the stress and buy your tiles from a reputable, reachable merchant that respects basic consumer laws.
