I placed my order for tile trim at fantastic price, it did not arrive next day as stated presumably due to easter. I have to say when it arrived a couple of days later it was extremely well packaged and perfect for my needs. I will definitely recommend and use this no fuss easy transaction company again.

They had what I needed in stock when no one else did. They handled my order quickly and sent the item out straight away. When I asked for an update, they replied promptly and politely. Five days from placing the order to have the item in my hand- not bad on the week before Christmas! Highly recommend!
I placed an order for a wood carving chisel on 11/11/23. It took several days before I received confirmation that the order was accepted. Tilgear took my payment. I then heard nothing and no chisel arrived.
So I emailed them to ask what was going on, and received a reply as follows
“Please note that all the relevant details have been captured and submitted to customer services, who will contact you regarding any further updates.
Your Contact Manager ID number is: 19544”
That was 6 days ago and I have heard nothing from the above contact manager.
I will try him/ her again but it is now nearly a month since I placed the order.
This sort of service might pass muster in the world of education, but have never experienced anything like it in the retail sector.
Not recommended - £100 order for plywood they did not have in stock. Refunded after a month and 3 chase emails from me.
They never contacted me to explain why the order was taking so long, or their lack of stock, they only responded to emails from me.
Pretty sure if I hadn't chased it up - they would have just kept the money and never refunded or shipped.
Maybe they think that's acceptable - I don't.
Do not buy from this company,they take your money and send you rubbish,look on there google reviews where i have placed photos what they sent me
The product they sent is different from what it is shown on their website. Once you request to return, takes about half a month!!!
