They are all lovely but i have built up a sort of friendship with one of the staff i seem to get him answering the phone to me he knows me as soon as i talk and goes out of his way to help we have 46 sites that we send till rolls ect i have have used this company for about 8 years now and find them very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help you

Bad experience with this company
Bad experience with this company. Package was left outside by courier in very poor damaged condition. They won’t accept returns and customer service advisor was rude and could not care less. £80 down the drain. Avoid this company at all cost!!

Wrong til rolls sent unhelpful staff …
Wrong til rolls sent unhelpful staff blamed me, wanted to charge me £10 for sending order back, adamment it was my fault. (It was not) try playing the telephone conversation back ohh you don't record orders for staff training or disputes. Lady from accounts was more helpful. Still waiting for reimbursement. Still waiting for a reply to my e-mail sent to Managing Director.

Very poor customer service, refused to collect items even though the error was with their staff
I would advise avoiding this company, asked for an item not shown on website - I had a call back from an adviser who said they could do the item I was looking for and they would give me a price - after holding on the phone a price was given - I thought this was a little low and questioned the product was what I was looking for - 3 times during the conversation I checked regarding the product I was looking for - when the goods arrived 3 days later they were wrong - I emailed the company the next day to advise this - I then have had a series of emails and an augmentative representative of the company on the phone trying to blame me ( I think they should just check the enquiry form log for that information) long and the short of it is I am stuck with a box of till rolls costing me 28% more than my regular supplier

Excellent no-nonsense service
Great prices, quick no nonsense service - all it takes for me is one email and I get my till rolls the very next day. I've been buying from them for about a year now, and they constantly come top on prices and convenience. Such companies are hard to come by these days.
