SCAM
I ordered 4 items and paid £132. I received a confirmation that they received the order and the items had been dispatched to Royal Mail 24Tracked service. BUT guess what? Royal Mail didn't receive them. Timarco don't make it easy to contact them, no phone number is provided, I wonder why? When I emailed them they eventually responded days later, there responses were curt, off hand and unhelpful and they refuse to help. I asked for my money back, they said they would only refund after I had returned the items. DOH! They haven't sent the items. But they kept my money. Now they have stopped responding to me. Royal Mail haven't received the items and neither have I.
IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO RATING I WOULD. And after all of this, Timarco asked me for a review. The entire experience seems like a bad joke. No goods and no money.
PLEASE BEWARE, I WON'T BE A RETURNING BUYER.

Poor experience
I ordered an item from the portuguese Timarco site, thinking it would be shipped from Portugal. One week after ordering I still had not received any information about the shipment of my item, so I contacted the support department. They were not very helpful, saying it was shipped that particular day, when in reality all that happened was that the shipment was created with DHL. The shipment took one week, meaning that 2 weeks after my order my item was finally delivered. This was once but never again.
