HONEST FEEDBACK
HONEST FEEDBACK
They hire Filipinos and not knowing how remote BPO works. Underpaid (around PHP 25,000) given the workload and expectations.
Training is not properly conducted—materials are handed over, but there is little to no actual teaching
No one-on-one guidance; new hires are expected to learn everything independently
Extremely short training window (3–4 days), which is not enough for most roles
Unrealistic expectations to quickly absorb and retain large amounts of information
Constant pressure to perform immediately despite inadequate preparation
Training process is disorganised and lacks structure
Management approach during training can feel unsupportive and overly demanding
Advice to Management:Provide proper training, not just materials. Assign dedicated support for new hires, extend the onboarding period, and set realistic expectations. A more structured and supportive approach would significantly improve both performance and retention.
Overall Review:The company expects fast results without providing the necessary support or structure. For most applicants, especially beginners, the experience can be frustrating due to the lack of proper training and low compensation. VERY
UNREALISTIC.
Team Leader (Tanya) is incompetent and her assistant (Grace), honestly, they don't know what they're doing.
