Brilliant product and great customer service. What else could you ask for!

Be very wary of reviews. I ordered their Siberian larch "A Grade" shadow gap, as the Timberulove reviews were good. The delivery was prompt but looked way way more knotty than A grade I'd had from another supplier. I should have inspected as it was unloaded. Stupid me. When we began work I realised we'd been sent dross which became more clear as it progressed. Split edges, knots with through holes, furry, rotted patches. There were 4 different groove patterns on the rear. Bird feathers and droppings were compressed between the boards. This stained and required sanding out. Mildew on some needed sanding. There was 5mm variation in some board widths. No long shadow tongue on some boards, just standard. I have a router and could rectify this. Shadow gap tongues 20mm at one end of the board tapering down to 10 at the other. Router again. Did I complain? No. Not much point as they must know what they sent. This was just the garage entrance anyway.
I had ordered extra PLUS they had sent 4m lengths instead of the 3m I ordered. Now I know why. I figured with all the extra there would be enough to finish. Barely. Half way through I had to change the pattern to allow for smaller lengths. Ironically this enhanced the aesthetics. The job got done with no decent wood left over. It took an extra day with all the mixing matching, rectification. I still had to add wood filler to some through holes.
If you can, go to their premises and select what you need. Inspect immediately what they deliver very carefully. I am 200 miles from them so perfect to unload this stuff. I hope this helps someone.

The guys here are super helpful - the product is amazing - the man who fitted the charred cladding said it was extremely high quality and was very reasonably priced - I would definitely recommend them and delivery was on time.

Ordered Douglas Fir for cladding a shed, shiplap, and battens for dressing an old fence. Looks tip top! Delivery a day before due. Left on drive way, secured with ties and waterproofing. Everything as ordered. Would recommend.

Purchased Larch cladding Shadow gap. Timber arrived in no time and is great quality. Great service from ordering to delivery.

Order what I was told was the right oak timber for internal cladding. Out of 60 pieces only 50% where acceptable for high end joinery work.
The oak battens either had black knots, woodworm or were warped or a combination of the above.

I was told a refund would be issued when they collected the items, then this turned into 3 to 4 working days. Nearly 2 weeks later still waiting for a refund. I cannot move the project forward without the refund!

The refund has not been received and the proof send is not adequate.

Also I spoke with a sales advisor via phone a d told them what the project was for and purchased the batten they recommend.

No issues at all, very helpful . Timber was very good. Delivery spot on. After service good as well.

Place an order for BC Grade timber and cladding arrive better quality than previous supplier for A Grade.
Very pleased - recommend for all.

We selected Timberulove after a neighbour had bought very nice looking larch boarding from them. We wanted something different and Timberulove were helpful providing samples. Delivery was fine (managing to navigate the complexity of our low traffic neighbourhood access challenges!) with delivery guy helping out unloading. When fixed one of the boards had a noticeably lighter finish - Timberulove sent a small bottle of oil for free which fixed this completely. Very helpful service, would use you again
