i bought a Elfa rechargeable and it’s faulty, never was given a receipt incase it was faulty and took it back and they refused to refund or give a new one.. ive had a lot of problems and don’t Recommend!

Really fast delivery and got a free sample and sanitiser which is a bonus! Very good company.

Whilst Usually welcoming staff in other stores, the staff in central cambridge store were rude and dismissive when I requested that I add my purchase loyalty points. They pretended they didnt know how after first saying that its a long process and it will take time, at some point the store clerk was bashing the touch screen anywhere except the button he is supposed to press, tge qhole episode was comical . Wont be using your stores again.. cheaper online anyway

Had to got to Norwich Shop this morning with an issue returning item. Guys in the shop were fantastically helpful and friendly. I thought I was going to feel an idiot but was treated brilliantly (even if I am).

Impossible to get on the website these days due to Wordfence blocking access. Absolutely useless eCommerce website.

Avoid purchasing online. They got my order wrong and won't answer phones or emails, even trying multiple times. Their online customer service really needs to improve

I'm a regular customer in the Downham Market and Ely stores. When the stores have been shut due to the lockdowns the service I have received from ordering online has been brilliant. My latest order arrived a day quicker than usual and I'm impressed which is why I thought it was about time I left a review. My only gripe is the silver delivery bags. I would much prefer something I can recycle. Maybe Time2Vape can think about this soon as those bags ain't a good choice.

Really disappointed!

Ordered a vape selection gift box and just received the vape liquids in a freezer like sealed bag. Sent message to supplier but no response received back.
(Only purchased item due to the nice Christmas looking box).

Always struggled to make the change to stop smoking but the staff at the time2vape store I go to helped me out even for the stupid questions I constantly asked and got me set up with a nice device within my budget and am well chuffed

Fantastic shops and great customer service, they have a large selection of mods and staff know there stuff I have some good chats with them.

Went in store the other day and received a smiling face and very knowledgeable help with a few issues id had over lockdown fantastic aftercare with the guys in the stores! Also was ordering online throughout lockdown was receiving delivery maximum 3 days after brilliant service :)

Terrible useless company. Sent the wrong item and won't respond to messages. Avoid if you value your sanity.

My review is in relation to the online part of the business as opposed to any particular shop. On the 11th AUGUST 2020 I placed my order and received confirmation by email on the 12th that my order had been dispatched by first class post. Having not received my order by the 18th I sent a message via online which got me the first of many unhelpful replies. This first email was pretty much just a tracking number confirming I hadn't received my parcel. This went on for a few days until the company stopped replying. Obviously as they have my money they don't care. Because of the companies unhelpfulness I opened a PayPal dispute to retrieve my money. The company are now playing the same game with PayPal and have so far not replied. What an absolute disgrace we are now at nearly two weeks without resolution for a simple mail order problem. Clearly they don't care about customer service.
Just to clarify, they've now responded to complaints on here yet myself AND PayPal are still waiting for a response to my issue.

Great Vape shop, knowledgeable staff, some great Liquids and amazing deals. Their weekly deal is always a good one to try. Would highly recommend.
