Good price, fast delivery, good quality beds

Got a gorgeous bed at a great price.
It arrived in 2 days and the delivery guy was on time.
Really impressed with the bed and was easy to put together.
The customer service team also very helpful and quick to respond.

I purchased this bed after making sure with customer service that the media tray can be fitted to either side of the bed. They confirmed it can. Upon building the bed we discovered, it cannot. Not without the headboard and footboard tilting inwards due to a taper on the end of the side boards which are only suitable if fitted to the right hand side of the bed (laying on it). I contacted customer services straight away with pictures looking for help, advise, possible spares we can use that would be suitable and 48 hours later and two chase up emails I am still waiting on any response. Very very poor considering the bed is sitting partially built and we are currently without a bed frame!!!! I have now requested them to collect and refund, no doubt I will receive no response AGAIN!!

The bed turned up at the billing address rather than the shipping address which was very stressful on moving day. Especially as the delivery drivers initially refused to deliver to the correct address as per my confirmation. Eventually resolved to deliver but was an issue I could have done without. The bed however, is amazing and I’m delighted with it.

Extremely efficient service. Delivery was on the date I chose when ordering and we were notified several times regarding the actual time of arrival. The bed is exactly as advertised and seems very sturdy. It was fairly easy to put together- needs two people for some parts of the process. Trundle bed rolls out quite easily on casters. Mattresses seem good quality but we have not used the bed yet so cannot comment on comfort. Very pleased with our purchase so far!

Excellent experience ordering and with delivery. Prompt and helpful responses to e mails about purchase and delivery. Bed very well engineered to help with assembly. I damaged a couple of simple bits and pieces.. wooden plugs and slat end pieces and they sent me spares, first class post the same day. Thoroughly trustworthy company who want to get things right for customer.

Lovely bed - nice quality and as presented on the website. The staff I spoke to enabled next day delivery even though it was after 12 when I ordered. (12 is The cut off time for next day delivery). They were extremely helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend and would buy from them again 🙂

All done with professionalism and precision. From the onformation of the products online about availability, to scheduling a date for delivery, and the promptness of the delivery as per given time slot. Amzing!

Fast delivery great quality at a great price.

Could only find this type of electric ottoman here. It's a lovely piece but arrives in 6 separate heavy packages. Excellent professional delivery service, on-time, good communication, lovely manners.
It didn't state on the packages what was inside so we had to open them all before following the instructions. There are 26 pages of instructions with very small diagrams. Larger diagrams would have been better, also marking the actual pieces would be helpful even if they are universal.
I found the bottom boards useless, didn't fit or attach to anything, just took up unnecessary space when you have a lot to fit in.
Now it's all assembled I'm very happy with the mechanism which makes my life so much easier. I'm 81. Thank you

Amazing customer service, I couldn't decide on a mattress and the online chat was very helpful. I am so happy with my new bed and mattress. Cant believe how fast it arrived and was updated with delivery time.

Absolutely amazing customer service throughout. My mum initially placed an order for a bed that would not have fit upstairs and the refund was processed immediately.

I then ordered another bed and that came so quickly and customer service were always available to discuss via email. Extremely prompt responses and amazing product. Could not recommend them enough.

Delivery service was also excellent.
