My overall experience with this software has been great keeping track of your time for yourself and employer.

I love how easy it is to connect time clock wizard to our QuickBooks account. We were using time clock wizard with QuickBooks Desktop before and found issues syncing between the two due to the requirement of being in single-user mode while three users in our office all need to be logged in at all times. Since updating to QuickBooks Online, Time clock wizard and QBO talk to each other seamlessly. No one gets booted out of the company file for a sync and all of our customer and employee data stays up to date 24/7.

When I initially logged in it wasn't so intuitive, I immediately contacted customer for something I couldn't figure out. Customer service was great

It does make it easy to keep track of hours and usually imports into quickbooks both online and desktop seamlessly, if you set it up right. Geofencing allows us to keep track of our techs in the field and know when they are at the job sites and when they are not.

Time clock wizard malfunctions all the time and deletes clock in/out/breaks causing more work than it saves time.

Customer Service is very important to me and my business. Time Clock Wizard's software runs very efficient and I enjoy the fact that i can get someone on the phone when I need help. I would definetly recommend Time Clock Wizard to other businesses that need automation in their business.

Love this service. They have improved their software over the years and it's now perfect for my small business. I love the mobile app and the scheduler.

Great customer service, easy to use.

I like that you can clock in using Time Clock Wizard with just the click of a button. I also like that if I forget to clock in and need to go back to do it, I can do it pretty quickly and just adjust the time to reflect the correct amount of hours worked.
