Ok/Not bad
I ordered two gifts from this company and had a good experience. Unfortunately when my husband bought me a present from there (a glasses necklace of very specific gemstones) they sent him the completely wrong item. The person I contacted was very professional and kind but there didn’t seem to be any apology in their/his error. The item was quite expensive in the first place and it was to their detriment that they made that error, as I just preferred my husband get a refund and put the money towards something else rather than be sent the correct item. I would order from this company again but would probably just stick to the bracelets. Being a small company they could exercise a bit more care with what they send out too.

This company has the most amazing customer service! I received my order which wasn't quite correct and Nick who I spoke, to could not have been more helpful if he tried! Gorgeous gorgeous items and would absolutely buy again and again! Thank you Nick!
