Lovely natural baskets
I brought some lovely natural baskets as these are so versatile and look great even better they were in the sale they were good to put chocolates in at Christmas time so everyone could help themselves and people commented on the baskets.

Items ordered never arrived
Items ordered never arrived. Company were sporadic in replying to emails . Waited 10 working days so item could be considered lost via Royal Mail before a refund was issued. Refund was pending for 3 days . Really disappointed in service receive and the attitude to customer service

If you look back at the product description you’ll see that all of the subscriptions are sent out after the 1st of the month following your payment, so your mid December subscription is due to be shipped after the 1st of January, which is this week. It isn’t late and will be with you on time. I’m not sure why but I haven’t recieved any emails from you or I would have of course replied.
