All good but actually they no sell mobile phones why?

My second phone this year from this shop. This shop saved me Christmas when gearbest returned my money three weeks from the order. Here I ordered 11.12. and 18.12 was the package at my home in Czech.rep. Ordered from EU warehouse- in DE. For me super shop. My name is R.Weh.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER (TRY ANY OTHER)

I purchased a pair of earbuds from TinyDeal long story short. Including "fast delivery" 6 weeks later, I'm stuck with a faulty product and no response from the seller.

I've always purchased products from Chinese resellers and normally I seek to find if the reseller is trustworthy or not, my mistake, this time I decided to trust the seller without doing any research.

1st: Product was delivered with great delay even though "fast delivery" was payed for.

2nd: The product was eventually delivered and turned out to be faulty from day one.

3rd: Seller has called this situation a change of mind and offers no more responses, any other query has been ignored.

In conclusion this is the worst Chinese seller I've come across, there any many great seller who don't rip-off their customers. Do not trust this seller as mentioned in the title try ANY other.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! They do not act in accordance with Australian Consumer Laws. You will go through a lot of trouble!
My experiences: Purchased (money has been taken out - CONTRACT) a number of items and was told it was out of stock after several days. It was still listed in their website as available.
The goods were stipulated to be delivered via express post via Australia Post - Australia Post informed me that it wasn't. Furthermore, the customer has no rights to find out anything more about the goods because legally it was still owned by the seller until signing (This is confirmed by the Postal Ombudsman).
The goods did not come at the time agreed and the merchant (George-tinydeal said this) says to reject the goods and they agreed to refund but only if the item were not "lost". They knew that the goods wasn't going to be returned to them and furthermore there will be a "fee" for return of goods (Anita tinydeal said this). If anyone wants proof of this get in contact with me! This issue is still outstanding since May 2017 and do you really want companies like this to operate in the Australian market? You might be lucky to get it but do you want to perpetuate these kind of practices? They dilute Australian Consumer Rights!

I bought a miband 1s on 7/6/2017 and I have been emailing trying to get a resolution since I got my band. Very disappointed in recieving a broken band that will not charge and no satisfactory reply. Tiny deal please contact me about this problem.

The mi band does not work. I sent you a video of the not charging fault when I recieved it. I have got no reply from you about this.

I am not trying to pull a fast one I honestly got a band that arrived broken.

I would advise anyone thinking about buying from your company to buy elsewhere and get products that actually work and/or better customer service.

The products are generally good but although advertised for a fast delivery, you receive an e-mail to tell you that following a very important request the object is no longer available for shipping, the following week, the same mail but Your Paypal account has been debited the day of the order. What looked like a very good deal becomes the normal price at the time of shipping. Do not hesitate to send an email to claim the immediate shipment, it's effective!

Very happy with the service.The phone Cubit Max is amazing.Love it.Tinydeal even sent in a separate package a tempered glass screen for free. Well packaged.I have just ordered another phone from them as a Christmas present.Thanks TinyDeal.

They take your money then they never Ship your order!! Then all you get are Delay Tactics!! I placed an order 11 days ago with CigaBuy (Tiny Deal) and they gave me a fake tracking number and said that my order has been SHIPPED. I spoke with Netherlands Post this morning and I was told that my Tracking Number for my order has NEVER BEEN PICKED UP!!! This company is a DISGRACE AND HAS NO HONOR!!! CHINA should be ASHAMED!!! I asked for my money back and they will not return my Emails!! I want a REFUND so I had to OPEN A DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL!!! I Guess We Will See If This Works!!!

Very good experiences. I have created 7 orders now, 6 of them are here at my place, the last one was made today...
Pretty satisfied for the products like a quadcopter, head-scratcher and all-that-kind-of chinese products that are for like a few cents.
I even ordered a warm coat, which was of surprisingly good quality.

Overally, very happy, speedy delivery, no problem whatsoever with any parcel, comes perfectly packed.

I am kind of sceptic about buying electronics. They are focusing generally on quantity, not quality, so no phone or tablet or anything like that probably will never be bought by me.

I would still recommend the page to everyone.

I got a cheap FITBIT style fitness tracker from this company which look pretty good for the money and even when it came still looked pretty impressive. But they rated it as IP67 (which means waterproof and dustproof). After 10 mins of normal swimming the tracker stopped working. When I contacted them about this they said IP67 is just splashproof (it isn't and they are just using this to false advertise). I opened a PayPal dispute and kept getting email asking me to close the claim and they would give me £10 in TinyDeal Points. In the end PayPal have refunded me. Terrible customer service and expect inferior cheap knock offs from this firm.
