Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and for speaking to me via email about this issue.
The images that you have sent over, both here and via email, appear to show the boxes folded inside out, which can cause the board to split and make them harder to fold. If the board has split, it won't fold neatly, as it will no longer fold along the score lines already provided.
I have checked the stock in the warehouse and folded some test boxes; they all appear to be fine, so I think this is the issue on this occasion. I have sent over some images showing the inside and outside to hopefully help going forward, and I will ask the website team if something can be added to the description.
