Undelivered Cell Phone! Originally Posted Feb 8, 2017 See below for more

Since Feb 9, when I emailed them, they have not responded back, and no product yet delivered. Canada post office told me, How can we give you confirmation of non-delivery, when we don't have the product?

Tiny deal, has really just screwed with me since November 24, 2016 since I placed my order for a cell phone and they have not delivered the product till date of Feb 19, 2017.

~$180 worth and i am still scrambling to find the delivery. Is this my job to find where the product I paid for is? Tiny deal should take accountability of this, and fix the problem. I see so many reviews of people around the world with the same problem as me.

Undelivered Cell Phone!

I placed an order since 24th november 2016, and till date (today is Feb 8, 2017) I have not received the product.
Despite plenty of emails, I only received a generic email. Please wait 1-2 weeks, it is on its way. The customer service is suboptimal.
In addition to losing faith in their customer service, I am contemplating on contacting paypal, as I am begining to think this company has a fraudulent transaction schemes where they take the money for the product, and then frustrate the contract by pretending that it is lost in mail.
If any one else has the same problem, perhaps it's time to consider contacting paypal together.

They do not respond to my mails

I've ordered a smartphone on 27th of January and until now they hadn't sent anything. So I have sent them plenty of mails and the only answer is that they had Chinese New year eve and they will sent it after 5 of February. Until now nothing. From 6 of February until now I sent them 8 mails I hadn't received any answer

Two of three products are spoilage

Two of the three items (90% of the value) were just pieces os plastic instead of USB flash drive and wireless mouse. My problem can be considered only if I register on another page and I upload there videos about the system of my computer.

Very Scared

My experience up to now is what i am writing here. I have no problem to change my rate for TinyDeal once I get an straight answer about my order.

I placed my order on the 1st of February 2017, ordering a mobile phone. On their site the product was and is in stock and from German Warehouse the delivery time is 3-7 Days. Up to this time that i am writing this rate My order is in processing status, this status is since 1st of February. I have contacted them with emails and the only answer i am receiving is dont worry your order will be sent. I am pasting the history of my order in here:

Tiny in service

Bought from their EU warehouse a smartphone. Promised for fast delivery (after I initially received an apologetic email for delaying my shipment of another smartphone I ordered before from their Chinese warehouse). Obviously they are out of stock and started excuses like your address details need to be shorter in length. The shipment address details could not be shorter since is a listed building on a road (no number of street). I used paypal checkout which automatically fills in my address details. Have received numerous orders on this address (the company i work for millions of orders/mails every year!). Tinydeal is the only company who can't deliver. Tiny in delivery TINY in service Full of empty promises. I wonder what would have happened in case of any trouble (damaged/defective product)?

Order Status "Processing" for 7days - No customer support

Placed order and paid on the 26TH January. My order has had no updates since the 26th. Order status is "processing"
Tried emailing 3 separate emails and had no reply yet. I simply just need feedback on what is happening with my order. If it is not in stock just cancel my order and refund me. What is the point of an online store that cannot offer any support

They do not refund and do not offer any valuable compensation to you if the item was lost by their carrier.

Con artists, avoid

The first time i used this company the product didn't work correctly, they offered me points to use on their website, instead of a refund which i accepted.i bought another item with the points and was also faulty.
It was only for £6, they told me to try and find new parts for it and they would share the cost, also not acceptable.
They then offered me £1 in web site points, also not acceptable.
I paid with Paypal so i escalated a claim, only for Paypal to say i would get a refund if i sent the item back with a tracking number, which would cost me a fortune.
They send out trash to every customer then no refunds given. BEWARE

Phone is shocking

Bought a Lenovo k3note via ebay. The phone downloads the tinydeal app constantly and displays adds that you cannot stop. Only realised this once a simcard was used. Would never buy from again.

Trojans and walware installed on phone

Order an ASUS X008 from them it took over a month and when it finally came it wouldn't work properly. So me being a bit of a nerd had a look at the OS and found out I couldn't update it, then I did a full system scan and found no less than five spyware installed on it now that's on just a normal scan if I decided to root the phone to have access to the full OS I'm sure I'll find a lot more. Tried to get my hard earned money back and discovered that it's near to impossible to truly to get your money back due to the refund policy, can't use FEDEX/DHL etc., so in short can't ship it with someone who will be able to ship batteries and if that's not bad enough you have to pay custom duty in china as they will not accept it unless you do.
