Tinygreenpc service is BAD!!!!!
There IPC3 the newest and highly priced unit broke down after a little while. All of the usb ports and all of the video ports broke. This pc is valued and positioned in the market as the Ferrari under the cars. I do understand that things break, but the service received from Anders electronic ie Tinygreenpc is not reflecting the price of their units. If Anders electronic ie Tinygreenpc can't fix it themselves the unit has to be sent off to Compulab in Israel. They find it normal that the user has to wait a minimum of 6 weeks to get the unit repaired at Compulab in Israel and that the user has no pc in the mean time. At least whit a car you get a curtesy car. If you ask them to replace the unit they say if the unit looked new we could have put the repaired unit back into stock but yours looks used it has dust on it!!! Implying that they put refurbished unit back in stock and sell as new. Overall view of Tinygreenpc service is very poor , the product maybe good but it is a premium price you pay and that is not reflected in Tinygreenpc service. Be aware buyer advice, if you want one and you rely on your pc buy a few spares. Or except that if it is seriously broken you are without a pc for 6 weeks.
Ps shipping UK to Isreal and back is less than a week?????
