One time they said they delivered my order when they in fact never did, customer support was awful and rude and claimed I was lying. Another time I had placed a pre-order and it never came, I tried contacting them but never got a response. I've lost at least a hundred euros to this company, don't buy there.
I bought around 1000€ of funko pops for my store, around october 2022. I still don't have any of them (they were supposed to be in stock for january 2023).
I wrote 3 mails to the support, in three different languages (french, english and dutch).
No answers, no apologies for the delays and no mail to let you know if your order will be delivered or not.
They don't respect the law and the legal 14 days of retractation. I think that a legal judgement will shake them a bit...
Stay away from this scam if you don't want to loose your money and your time...
