UPS brought 3 tire/Wheels to NE AL in 2 days. The 4th Tire/Wheel combo toured California and attended a couple of World Cup games before Rack recalled it and sent me a fifth tire that arrived here in another 2 days. The reps @ Tirerack are easy to work with and sent me a $100 gift certificate as well. Great Job.

I don't think I have anything bad to say over any of my order. The website was easy to navigate, my order went flawlessly, delivery was quick and I was kept up to date constantly during delivery. I reached out via email concerning some " missing parts" with my order but was quickly and professionally responded to. The parts were overlooked on my end and the responding email quickly resolved my error. Can't say enough good about my first time dealing with tirerack and will definitely be a return customer!!

The tires were just left in the driveway, no knock at the door or ringing of doorbell. They could take a minute to notify me of delivery. This is on FedEx not Tire Rack, but they are who you chose for your shipping, you should let them know that customers like to know when there items arrive, especially now a days.
