Voided my win due to their error
Really upset as I won’t the draw for £2500 but they made a mistake so after announcing I won they then done re draw. Live on air they said oh this is now gonna cost us £5k which come across to everyone that they were paying both winners. But they then off air told me they voided the draw so I wouldn’t get payment. Then they gave me a refund on my entries and said that I’m lucky they doing that. They then put £100 credit on account which is no where near the prize money. Understand mistakes happen but they could have done what they insinuated online and pay both prize winners. Used the credit and after that draw is done I won’t be back

Thank you for your review. I have to say we're a little disappointed by it's contents, which we believe are designed to mislead people.
Quite simply, a mistake was made on the live draw in that only half the numbers were in the machine to cover the entries for the draw (9999 instead of 19999). It stands to reason that we have to void and re-draw this, otherwise half the people who entered wouldn't have been in the draw.
I'm sure if we had called someone else's name out and then you have a number of entries above number 9999 (which you did) you would have been upset as your entries wouldn't have been in the draw. We had no choice but to do what we did and we stand by what we did.
I think it's unfair to suggest we would pay both winners because of what was said on the draw. I think you can clearly tell by the way Rick said this on the draw that he wasn't being serious. A void draw is a void draw, pure and simple.
On the basis of what you're claiming, if this draw was a draw for a car, by your way of putting this we would have to go and buy and identical car and give one to you and one to the other winner! It just doesn't work like that because the draw wasn't a legitimate draw until every entry is in the machine.
I have to say we're very frustrated by you claiming we've said you're "lucky" to be getting the refund. We haven't said this at all. We simply said we're not obliged to give you any sort of payout because the draw was void.
It's more than fair to offer to refund all of your entries into the competition. This totals £630 (much of that would have been Titan cash but we've given it back to you as cash) which is no small amount of money at all and is more than most, if not all, other companies would do in these circumstances.
Furthermore, we've thrown in £100 Titan cash for you to use at your leisure, again as a gesture of goodwill. You've accepted both offers, used the Titan cash immediately and then left us a 1* review.
You've been with us for some time, had some great wins with us, and know we're a completely legitimate company that's totally transparent. It's extremely disappointing when we've gone to the lengths we've gone to in order to put the matter right.

Where do I start…
Honest, Fun and legitimate company that helps change lives with great odds on prizes.
I don’t spend big like a lot but still win instant wins and also main prizes. Mainly enjoy the live streams and fun antics on screen. A big plus factor is how quick prize money is transferred into your bank accounts.

After buying a ticket for a draw not realising it was an instant win game as numbers where there to pick I won £200 but was told numbers where not aloud to be picked as it was a instant win .. I never knew this at the time of playing I seen my lucky number was available a took a shot .. after messaging them I was told it was an instant win so I will be and refunded back to my Titan Wallet.. i was upset but took it on the chin and played another competition on the same site this time I won £750 .. after contacting Titan I was told I could not have the winnings as I was meant to spend my cash which I had already spent on the same competition not a different one . This was not explained to me after all I had already spent the money I was happy for it to go back into my wallet at the time !! I have contacted them numerous times to now I have been blocked from the site .. I will be taking this further and be sharing my story far and wide so people no what this site is actually really like !! After reading through the terms and conditions and taking pictures of them there is no where that says if a customer is refunded it must be spent on the same competition after all there is numerous competitions to enter… please AVOID so know one else has to go through this same heart ache i am going through right now !! And no I will

Well, we normally start by thanking people for their review. However, after reading this abhorrent, factually incorrect review we shall unfortunately refrain from doing so.
You are acutely aware that you took advantage of an issue with our website which we were in the process of fixing and then falsely claimed you had hit an instant win (however nicely you dress this up in your review). This is in clear breach of our competition rules and our terms and conditions of business.
Ordinarily, a player would find their account instantly blocked in these circumstances, pending an investigation. As a long-standing player who has won several thousands of pounds with us previously, we were kind enough not to do this and put the funds back into your wallet specifically to replay your entry legitimately (who knows, you could have then legitimately hit an instant win or even won the jackpot). You've then repeated the above process on another competition, something which we just cannot and will not allow, which is why your account has been blocked. The relevant funds involved in the above process were refunded to your bank account immediately upon the blocking of your account.
Terms and conditions are there to protect both the player and also us as a business. If someone came to your business and behaved in such a way as this you would take exactly the same action. We only encourage fair play and playing by the rules that are set out. Anything else we simply do not welcome or allow. We would not last very long as a business if we did so. The fact we've been here for 3 1/2 years now is testament to how we run our business and by encouraging everyone to play by the rules.
We take an extremely dim view of your threats to "share your story far and wide" - should we find any false or defamatory remarks such as have been made in this review ANYWHERE we will be taking further action against you immediately. Unless you take down this review, it will forever be clear to anyone who wishes to read what you've written that you've flouted the rules and then tried to blame Titan Prizes.
Where your entire review falls completely flat and is proven to be false is in your own last Trustpilot review, which was 5* and was for Titan Prizes whereby you state: "Won a lovely 4 grand playing with Titan this company changes lives !! Give people the opportunity to win cash and prizes and sums you could never imagine … keep up the good work Rick and the team"
On the basis of the above I would recommend you now refrain from posting further such threats and accusations and perhaps review how incredibly false your review now looks against your previous review of Titan Prizes. The contents of both of these reviews simply cannot be true of the same company.
