Ordered some radiators , and the service i received was fantastic would use again!!!
I ordered a towel radiator which was supposedly "in stock". A couple of days later I received an email saying that it was not in stock and I would have to wait 10-14 days. By then, I had realised that tivolis design is the same as aqva (which has hundreds of negative reviews). I have asked for a refund but obviously I have had no answer. I paid through paypal and I opened a dispute straight away. I am also thinking of going to the small claims courts so that this company learns that they can't mislead and deceive customers.
In short, please avoid this company, I was lucky enough to already discourage a couple of people who wanted to buy from it, but I really think it is important to spare the stress to other unsuspecting customers.
