Custom Coins

I ordered and paid for upgraded magnets …
I ordered and paid for upgraded magnets for my pins and they were not initially sent. I had to work with Customer service to get them sent a week and a half later. They were nice but it was a simple order and should have been included with the original shipment.

Outstanding about sums up my experience with TJM Promos. Quick, efficient and priced right. Easy is another word that comes to mind. Only "glitch", and I use the word VERY loosely, was I received an email stating my order shipped after which I received a 2nd email indicating it hadn't. Contacting them questioning this I received a speedy reply saying it had, in fact, shipped. Before I knew it, it was at my door. VERY PLEASED.

Tried again, and problems persisted...
This was my second time ordering from TJM Promos and the second time that they sent an unacceptable product that needed to be redone. On several occasions I was told that they would get back to be by a certain day, and each time I had to initiate contact. It was frustrating to receive a poorly printed project and then have to spend so much time and effort trying to get things fixed.
