I recently ordered two tons of stone for my garden. This purchase could not have been easier! The time from order to delivery was very short. The man who delivered the order was really nice and placed the stones into my garden with great precision! I thought these were very well priced, and I will be a repeat customer when the time comes!

Amazing fast service.

It's a "Falling Down" experience, for free! Shopping here is like stepping back in time. Not to a time when they value the customer but to a time when things happen slowly and with the most customer frustration focus. Some of the people that work here are amazing, the rest are the polar opposite and there seems to be way too many of them.

I have zero idea what I'm doing, I've generated a plan with AI on how to do a task, I was treated so well by Sean at the trade counter at the Kilshane Cross depo, who walked me around to help pick out all the items I required for the job.
The rest rest of the team at trade counter were fantastic, we had a great laugh.
This kind of care and service, is top class!

I've been buying building materials from TJ O'Mahony for quite some time now, and I honestly couldn't recommend them more highly. Their prices are very competitive, the product range is excellent, and every order I've placed has been handled quickly and professionally.

A special thank you goes to Dave Maher from the Naas branch. On my most recent order, I was informed that their delivery truck had broken down and that my delivery would unfortunately be delayed. I completely understood the situation, but I was in the middle of a project and the materials were quite urgent, so I probably sent Dave more emails than he deserved!

Despite that, Dave remained incredibly professional, patient and friendly throughout. He kept me updated every step of the way and did everything he could to help. To my surprise, only a couple of days later my order arrived – much earlier than I had expected given the circumstances. I was absolutely delighted.

The delivery driver also deserves recognition. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, but he was one of the friendliest and most helpful delivery drivers I've ever met. He carefully unloaded everything from the truck and couldn't have been more courteous.

I work for a company that's widely recognised for delivering exceptional customer service, and we genuinely don't settle for anything less than an outstanding customer experience. Because of that, my expectations are naturally quite high. Even so, the service I received from TJ O'Mahony genuinely impressed me. From the communication and professionalism to the willingness to go the extra mile, the entire experience was first class.

It's customer service like this that keeps me coming back. Huge thanks to Dave, the delivery driver, and everyone at TJ O'Mahony. It's rare to find a company that combines great prices, excellent communication, and genuinely outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!

The Gravel I order was great. I received great freedback from everyone.

I liked the price, the process and all. But, and I have a but. If I were at the shop I would have not chosen some of the fences I have been delivered. There were almost 90 still for sale when I placed the order and I would have expected that whoever picked them would chose those without big holes on some of the slats. I get it that you can have flawless but they could have been better picked. This is why I don’t buy grocery cos I cannot believe that the shop staff would act as I would when choosing the products. Having said that happy with the price.

Great customer service advice and help

No confirmation of order received by email. Customer service shocking. When the phone was eventually answered I was told orders take 5-10 working days despite the website stating it is 3-5 days. Then took 6 days for someone to phone back who then confirmed the order would be delivered 2 days later on Wednesday, over 2 weeks since the order was placed. On Wednesday morning I rang to see what time it would be arriving and was told there’s none in stock. I queried this and then after being placed on hold for about 15 minutes they apologized and said it was on the way. Very stressful situation considering I spent nearly €800 on the product.
