Ordered a summerhouse, chose a date from the choices they gave us. They rang day before to say the doors weren't ready and it would come 2 days later than agreed. Found it hard to try and get a rough estimate of time for arrival. Had to keep ringing. It came, they put it up but told us the roof doesn't fit and they would come the next day with the correct roof. They didn't. We rang and we're told they had tried to ring us first thing to let us know. They hadn't. There was no missed calls from them. They did eventually bring it the next day and put it on. All in all, I would say there's definitely a lack of communication on their behalf. Surely they can message everyone the day before arrival with a rough estimate of time. I would say that the rules on the document you sign are all to suit them and not the customer. The quality could be slightly better. We had long splits in some of the internal wood. But we are really pleased. It looks lovely

If you want your shed or summerhouse to arrive complete and on the same day use another company. Both buildings we ordered arrived incomplete and it took over 2 months for them to come back and complete the last remedial works. The windows leak also but I've fixed them myself rather than try get them back again. And don't try and complain you get accused of trying to emotionally blackmail the staff

False promises and inferior quality product. My large shed was installed 12 months ago and it hasn’t been waterproof from day one. The roof leaks as do the walls, windows and door! They refitted the felt once last year but still it leaks. They have been out to look at it again 8 weeks ago but haven’t acted on promises to come and fix it. My tools are rusty and the shed is full on mould. They said the walls leak because my garden is exposed to wind! So unless you live in an area where the rain only falls vertically, I’d avoid buying a shed from T J Garden Products
