I had been looking for some down/spot lights and came across TLC. Amazing selection of everything electrical and found the light we were looking for. Easy website to use. Easy to create an account and then whole process was excellent. The goods were dispatched the same day and delivered the next day by DPD even though it was a Saturday. Great service all round. Will be using them again in the future and letting other people know about TLC.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM TLC
TLC gave me outstanding service 2 days ago. In error I ordered online 2 special light bulbs instead of 12!
As soon as I had realised my mistake I emailed them to explain, then spoke on the phone.
The TLC staff response - both by email and phone - was superb. They not only ensured that the order was immediately amended but also ensured that I was charged with just one delivery.
I needed the delivery quickly so they ensured that the courier - DPD - knew this and said that they would phone me the following day to check.
DPD duly delivered the package within hours and actually deposited it where I requested. Something which Amazon does not always achieve!
I received my follow up call from TLC. I will be 82 in a couple of weeks and it is a very long time since i have received such outstanding service. Thank you.

I have been a customer of TLC for over 30 years first as a business and now as a private individual . I have never has anything other than a first class service . But what really promoted me to leave this review is the fantastic service I received from Tunbridge Wells brunch . Placed an order on Monday morning and it was delivered (with a smile I must add ) before 12 noon the same day .
