I bought Samsung smartwatch 4, good value GBP99, working fine. Value for money.

Fast delivery, exactly as advertised

Got there in the end after air conditioner arrived missing parts and a broken plug.

Anita at Cheapest Electrical was amazing in getting it all resolved for me. She sent the missing remote and vent pipes the next day. Many thanks to her.

Only issue I have is why were these items missing from the original delivery? May need to tighten up this process to avoid having to contact customer services in the first place.

The product was as described, received in good time.

I now buy all my electrical goods from these guys. I have bought multiple items from this business now. Their items are excellent as are their prices. Our recent order was a bread machine which arrived quite badly bashed, which obviously happened during the delivery process. I received seen a very quick response which asked for photographs. I was then promptly offered a full refund or a 50% refund, which I was delighted with. This was at christmas time as well, and I was quite amazed to have closure at this time of the year.
Their customer service is absolutely second to none, and how all businesses should be!

It was quick to order and when Royal Mail messed up delivery it was not an issue. The delivery was eventually discovered and everything was fine.

Possibly the best customer service ever. I ordered a product then found a cheaper price elsewhere due to a cashback offer. CheapestElectrical tried to match the offer but could not, and even commented how good the offer was that I had found and immediately arranged for the return with a collection, at no expense to me. I will honestly use this vendor again whenever possible as this experience has filled me with confidence. Many thanks for getting things right.

Absolutely amazing company, can't recommend enough,had to return an item though no fault of theirs but somehow it got lost in the system of delivery company, but this company chased it up with the courier and gave a full refund .no questions asked .

Anita on customer service was very patient with me, (well I am 81 and not very savvy with the digital world). I received a very reasonably priced Pure clock/dab/radio, without instructions. Anita guided me to helpful websites to assist me with the operation of the clock, which worked out great, very pleased with it. I will definitely shop Cheapest Electrical again.
