I have done a 1031 Exchange but not through TM 1031 Exchange. I may do another one in the future and I like getting the information from 1031 Exchange. It keeps me updated on the property available.

The good and the not so good
They have access to a wide number of investment opportunities, and will use their (unexplained) screening mechanism to sort those they consider best. Once such a choice is made, though, it's time consuming to get more information with which to decide level of interest. The degree of automation is a hindrance to investigating properties that are presented.

You have a great service. The only feature I'd suggest is adding a section showing the creditworthiness of tenants such as a "glossary" with a list of the top say 50 tenants and the respective cap rates.
For example: Panera Bread, 4.75-5.0

3 years ago I purchased an assisted living through 1031, they made it easy and I felt comfortable throughout the process, I worked with Tim Marshall who worked overtime to find a business that met my needs, This property is now a 10 cap and I couldn't be happier.
