T shirts are great
T shirts are great - I’d bought a few long sleeve ones a while ago so tried a few short sleeve ones this time - nice fit ( not too loose, not too tight), the colours are good and a good price in the sale!
Only downside was the length of time it took for the items to be delivered.

Great t-shirts!
I recently bought a few T-shirts and I’m really pleased with them. The quality is better than I expected — the fabric feels soft, comfortable, and durable even after washing. The fit is just right, not too tight and not too loose, which makes them perfect for everyday wear.
I also like the designs and colours, they look exactly as shown and haven’t faded. Overall, great value for money and I’d definitely buy again. Highly recommended if you’re looking for reliable, good-quality T-shirts.

Exceeded expectations
Very pleased with my purchases.
The shirts I ordered fitted my son beautifully and he was very impressed with the overall quality and style. I was also very impressed that shirts can be ordered with different arm lengths which is added bonus to get the perfect fit.

No delivery, haven't responded to query but have chased me twice for a review.
Ordinarily wouldn't bother slating a company. But given that TM Lewin have just sent me a reminder to rate their delivery, despite not responding to either my original complaint email or my follow up email chasing them, it seems only fair that this service gets the response it deserves.
My package has been "delayed" with no explanation with Evri for over a week now. Almost certainly Evri's fault, but the lack of response to my request for more information and repeated chase for a review means that so far all TM Lewin have done is taken my money, asked me to tell them they're great and done absolutely nothing for me.
Fingers crossed I actually receive either my package or my refund nice and soon, now that TM have asked me to make this experience public.

Not able to redirect a parcel to me that had been returned to sender. Could not explain reason for return to sender and requested I reorder rather than remedy their error.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Items not delivered, refused to refund unless the delivery company returns the item to them and blame me without evidence that I incorrectly input my address details…. Ridiculously annoying. This is in fact a zero star review
