Absolute shambles Ebay should remove them from selling.Purchased tool Feb 26th and still not arrived same old story courier investigating.Just send me another or refund.If know payment received shortly will be calling in at their shop to extract the money as i see fit.

Payment for order made 27.06.24, anticipated delivery 03.07.24,tracked status shows posted but not delivered. Made seller aware 06.07.24 not delivered. Have made numerous follow ups,all TMS say is investigating with the courier. Explained 15.07 24 I need urgently now to finish the work of replacing the water pump but just ignored my request to send a replacement.. Undelivered item report made to e bay. Very poor customer service from TMS AUTOPARTS, I will never use them again

Utterly ridiculous company to conduct business with. Ordered two glow plug repair kits from ebay from this lot, an extractor kit and and a thread repair kit, to complete a repair on a customer's van. After a week the despatched status on eBay hadn't changed, so contacted them to ask where the kits were. No response! Instead they cancelled the order without any explanation or apology. This meant I couldn't leave a much deserved negative review on ebay, which is why it's here!!!

Awful service go buy elsewhere.

I ordered through EBay 2 weeks ago, this company took 6 days to even send my parcel.

Then when it didn’t arrive they just ignored me every time I messaged.

Two weeks later and they still haven’t resolved the issue and I’m left out of pocket.
I think the EBay team needs taking a closer look into how they are dealing with issues like mine because ignoring paying customers is not acceptable.

Item never received. No replies to my emails either.
Terrible service. Avoid !!!!

After a recent purchase and promise of three day delivery a week later it was marked as delivered I went to the delivery point to pick it up to find it had not been delivered never was delivered but this company TMS has marked it as delivered therefore at first I lost my money but I got it refunded via PayPal not to be trusted don't buy online and don't expect a prompt delivery service.

Have been going there for years, but admittedly hadn’t visited for a while. Reminded of what a cracking good place it is.!
Whilst no one can promise to have to parts or paint in stock at any one visit, these guys will order in and mix to order.
Was very helpful on Saturday, despite being very busy he had time to explain options to us.
Don’t bother with Halfords, use these guys instead 👌

Terrible car parts supplier!
Bought items from this company to which they sent the wrong ones. Emailed them to try and resolve the problem. I finally got a reply 5 days later which wasn’t helpful at all. I then called to speak to the online manager. He was very unhelpful, rude and got aggressive when I didn’t agree with him. He then told me he was happy with the amount of poor reviews and bad bad feedback they have. He said “we sell 70,000 products a year I’m happy with nearly 300 negative feedback and the bad reviews we have. Poor attitude, poor company. AVOID!!!

Wonderful service went in for new windscreen wipers took just a few minutes came out and fitted them for me.

TMS autoparts in Crumpsall were terrific. Quick, very helpful, went the ‘extra mile’

I have shopped at TMS for over 30 years without any issues, nothing is ever to much trouble, it has especially been great in recent years as it has grown and stocks more items that i have required, would highly recommend *****

They had amazing prices and the person who served me was an absolute gem!I called them in advance and they were so sweet and helped me as much as they could and when I got there they sustained their attitude towards me thus showing they have outstanding customer support.The gentleman also offered to fit my wipers in for free which was sweet of him 10/10 would recommend everyone go here!

Tms go above and beyond to try and help source parts, good price and would never recommend anyone more Terry one of the owners is helpful and polite and gave good advise on my current vehicle, 5 stars.... If I could give 6 I would.. Thanks for your help again guys.... Would definitely recommend!

I have used this place for years never ever had any problem with customer service, nothing is too much trouble for them, well stocked shop pleasant staff and a great attitude, what more could one want.
