If I could give a zero I would. I had ordered a very expensive drill. And received it broken, I had recorded a video of the drill not working properly. It was within an hour of receiving it. I had to go back and forth for over a month to try get my money back. They had taken a "restock fee" of £35 off me, because they had to resell it even though it was broken. I'm soue they do not sell refurbished items. They said it was tested before they sent it but the proof was very shady. They did refund "as a gesture of good will' even thought I was fully in my rights for the full amount. I also had to pay over £12 for it to be sent back to them and I did not get a reimbursement.
Then to top it off they have black listed the salon it was sent to. I have emailed explaining I had actually moved from that site during this time but they refuse to email me back.
NEVER in my life have I experienced such horrible customer service in my life.
I find it so unprofessional to refuse service to a company that is not involved with this matter. They continue to ignore my emails.
But I'm sure they will respond to this review
