TNT (France) was supposed to deliver me…but never did...

TNT (France) was supposed to deliver me one parcel 19 March, Then again 20,23,24 March, We were at home each time, but they declared us absent and did not ring/call/ or knock. 2 supervisors ensured me a after repetitive calls on 24th that the parcel would be delivered 25th. When following up with call on the 25th, they told me it had been left at the warehouse. Worst service ever, and probably even a 'strategy'/lack of actual drivers, as after the 2nd time calling them, they started proposing to go pick up the parcel at the warehouse myself. After 14h in the afternoon they say they cannot deliver the same day anymore.... my view is that they want people to go get the parcel themselves and save on driver costs, and gain on helpdesk calls at 0.2 euro/min....

Stressful

29th Dec- package not collected from supplier
30th Dec - turned up at supplier but van too full
31st Dec - didn't collect
2 Jan - collected, travelled to nearest depot to deliver 5th am
5 Jan - tracking showed out for delivery 7.17 am, back in the depot by 8.15 am.
Unable to speak to anyone as I am not the supplier and don't have an account.
UPDATE
To my vast relief the package has now arrived, despite snowy roads. The driver was very pleasant. I'm going to put this one down to holiday season and weather.

Scam centre

Iv already left a review about how they put me on a rolling contract instead the garbage i can cancel anytime…. I totally forgot they keep attempting to charge me £80 for some new internet box i sent back because the garbage was given didnt work they want £800 to cancel STAY AWAY from this its a scam centre not a company there employees are vile rat f@£ks

Terrible service

Terrible service. They made no attempt to deliver my parcel. They delivered to a tabac miles away, terrible. I was home all day waiting for them.

Lied about delivery

Waited in, said it was out for delivery before 6pm, nothing. This morning I checked and was shocked to discover they said I wasn't in for delivery at 6.25 pm. Checked my doorbell camera and no delivery or card. Seems that this is the norm, so now have to reschedule and be in again all day.

TNT failed on 5 attempts to collect a…

TNT failed on 5 attempts to collect a wheelchair being sent back to be repaired. Each time they said they had made an attempt, but I made sure I was there and the reality is they didn't even bother. The wheelchair company insist on using TNT and unsurprisingly, I'm having the same problem getting it back. I called them and was told I had until 12pm the next day to pick it up. The depot is 10 miles away. Joke of a company, service is a scam. Do yourself a favour, avoid them at all costs. This whole thing has taken so much time and energy.

If they spared me the misinformation, it would have been 5 stars

Dear customer. Your time is important to us.
Please be at the ready to receive your parcel between 0800 and 1800.
We might change our plan to deliver but we will not bother you with this information, as we know your privacy is important.
They knowingly misinformed me about the ETA by one day and made me wait in vain for 10 hours.
Their driver is a great guy.

Absolutely terrible tracking service

Absolutely terrible tracking service. Took a day off work to be home for the scheduled delivery. I had to check manually every 30min to make sure I received the right update to only get an update at 17.27 that they tried to deliver but no one was home. This was completely false. Had to take another day off work. The information on track and trace is still incorrect and the city or service are a joke, they can’t give any information. Huge huge huge fail.

An absolute joke of a company!!!

An absolute joke of a company!!!! No communication or reliable tracking service!!!! Waited for two days for my parcel ... Spent hours on the phone but NO SENSE or interest in my problem with them! I don't think they are worthy of a one star!!!

Dopey customer service

I got an email saying 'TNT tried to deliver your shipment but did not succeed', so I had to reschedule the delivery for the next day. But half an hour later the driver turned up. He hadn't tried to deliver at all, he apologised that he was just late because he had had a problem with his van. How difficult can it be to change the system to send an accurate email, instead of a patent untruth?
Also I tried telephoning Fedex/TNT 'Customer Services'. My call was answered by a useless robot. There was a Chat facility, but only available to people who have an account with them.

I was a bit worried when I saw all the bad reviews, but I had a very good experience - my parcel was delivered promptly and the courier followed my instructions.

TNT doesn't know if we owe them money or not so they just stop our account...

Our account has been put on stop since before Christmas but FedEx/TNT do not contact the account holder to let them know, they just don't turn up for collections. When you call to ask what is happening, depending on which way the wind blows, some people say it isn't on stop and others say it is on stop. What they can't tell me is why it is on stop. They think it is an alleged debt but all invoices are paid and up to date. Alleged debt has been passed to a collections team but FedEx/TNT can't tell me who or how to speak to them. We must "wait and see" if the collections team contact us. As the alleged debt has been moved to someone else, apparently all the invoices and details are removed from the FedEx/TNT system so no one can tell me specifically which alleged invoice is unpaid. It's been over a week with no resolution. I've requested our account manager to call us, no response. I've requested for ANY manager to call us, no response. Do you really want to lose business like this? Not only are you ruining your own reputation, you are attempting to ruin ours also. You're nothing but a bunch of cowboys with a computer.

I was informed that my parcel was due…

I was informed that my parcel was due to be delivered on 2nd January. I waited at home all day. The delivery did not arrive. I checked the status today. It showed that the delivery was due today. I have been waiting at home all day. I checked the status of the delivery and it showed that an attempt to delivery the order, however the receiver was not at home. I did not leave home. A man in a van pulled up outside my house sat there for a while and drove off. No attempt was made ro deliver the parcel. This service is a shambles. It a disgrace to the delivery service

British gas app no good

TNT, was delivering the parcel to a wrong address, luckily l was sitting on the window l have to come out of my house and follow this lady to my dispointment only one came, that means another hassle to receive the 2nd one. Please TNT enough of this. Please please check the address properly and deliver it to a right address. Thanks

Absolutely atrocious in every way

Absolutely atrocious in every way. Please please stop live commentating about other matches going on simultaneously- we all have phones we can all look up other live scores if we want to know!! But majority do not want to know so we can go watch it later and not have been told the score - honestly shocking production, shocking price of the quality, horrendous after match awkward chat.
