Order Not Delivered - No response from Support

Order #3532
Ordered on Sunday, the 26th of October, still have yet to receive any updates on my order. Have I been scammed?

In the last 2 days I have tried to reach out on:
Facebook
Instagram messaging
Instagram stories
Instagram posts
online support (onlineattntmercury.co.za)
email support (infoattntmercury.co.za).

As per the t's and c's, I should have received my order. No feedback whatsoever.

I would tell everyone to stay away. This lack of service and feedback is the worst I have seen. Poor poor.

Please can someone contact me?!?

Product is gtreat - Delivery seriously lacking.

And i don't accept the reply as stated in the reply to your email. Delivery was not attempted as stated.

Hello Buks. Thank you very much for your continued support of TNT. I have personally looked into your order and the subsequent operational side. Your order was received on Saturday 10/04 and shipped on the Monday 12/04. The courier notes 3 attempted deliveries to your estate, with no answer on the cell number offered. I have ensured that the courier prioritises the delivery and that the security at the estate makes contact with TNT should there be any delay.

Was the first time i bought TNT MECURY …

Was the first time i bought TNT MECURY products,i kind of expected the delivery to be faster,mybe 3 working days,but it was not,but that was just my expectations...but in anyway thank you guys i got the package and i am happy with the TNT MECURY...i will definitely be buying more products as my whole team is interested in taking TNT MECURY products now..

Many thanks for the review. Here at TNT, we work hard to continually improve the way we interact with our customers, and part of that includes the turnaround time for delivery. Where we have dropped the ball, we always like to give feedback. In this case, your delivery area is considered 'outlying' by all of our courier agents. We do try to give a 48 hour turnaround time from order to delivery, but in this instance, due entirely to the location, a 72 hour turnaround time is needed.
