Cheyenne SAVED us when we bought tickets for the wrong day and missed our show! By allowing us a voucher, we were able to get tickets to the show the next day, and we so appreciate Cheyenne’s kindness and understanding. Great customer service after cancelled show
Sadly our show was cancelled 15 mins before it started but TodayTix handled it well and offered a voucher at first but Sam was able to issue a refund to the original payment with no problems! Hopefully we will get to rebook the show before it ends!
