Purchase snafu resolved!
I accidentally purchased an extra set of tickets and the automated helper on TodayTix was saying I could not cancel the extra order. The system referred my issue to a human, which was great! Alex successfully contacted the vendor and got the order canceled. It was such a relief and a good example of why I rely on TodayTix for both good prices on tickets and great customer support.

Sam provided truly exceptional customer service. I was heartbroken when I found out that my daughter’s graduation had been scheduled at the same time as a performance I had already purchased tickets for. Even though the tickets were marked as final sale, Sam took the time to understand my situation and helped me obtain a credit voucher so I wouldn’t lose the value of my purchase.
What could have been a very disappointing experience turned into a positive one thanks to Sam’s kindness, empathy, and dedication to helping customers. Cassian was very lovely when dealing with a ticket issue I had as I couldn’t attend my showing due to illness. Cassian was able to help sort this out so that I could still watch it at a later date and for that I really appreciated it. Everything was done so flawlessly and quickly that I didn’t even have time to be too sad or stressed for long. Best ticketing service, easy and rewarding loyalty program, EXCEPTIONAL customer service
TodayTix is one of the few ticketing services with any human element left, both in contacting customer service without substantial AI barriers, and a customer service team that understand that they're working with humans and not just customers.
I had purchased tickets up in the mezzanine of a venue without realizing it wasn't accessible for my 80-year old father-in-law. Alex (and Finnian before them) at TodayTix took up my concern quickly and worked with the venue's box office to find a solution. When the venue's box office made an error in our transaction, TodayTix still proactively ensured we had been taken care of.
Before being a caregiver for dad, I wouldn't have thought twice about things like this. Simple oversights to most people can become a make or break for those with accessibility challenges. Alex and Finnian at TodayTix did a wonderful job, and I hope they retain a similar customer experience team for a long while.
