I had an appointment yesterday with Hygienist Ria Wright and I would like to say how well she treated me, and with such a friendly manner.
Ria and her assistant are excellent.

I was just in for a check up. The dentist was professional, friendly and explained thoroughly what he was doing. I have to say that the reception staff were much more welcoming than usual. Dont get me wrong, they are normally professional, but maybe not so friendly. It was a welcome change and makes for a much more pleasant experience. Keep up the great work.

Saw Rudy on the 19/08 for my biannual checkup. Such a personal service, you can tell Rudy takes a real interest in his patients. A 5 star service in a very clean and comfortable environment.

Excellent as always! No wait time. Dr Ali goes above and beyond with support, recommendations, making the children feel comfortable and also making the nervous mum more at ease. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

Everyone was very welcoming in reception and explained information well. The dentist was very kind I think she knew was nervous. Thank you all round lovely and caring.

Absolutely love my dentist. She's welcoming polite. I had a tooth repaired a few weeks ago was done with Absolutely no pain ( BIG THANK YOU ) just visited this last time for a real deep clean again done in comfort. Thank you lady's

This appointment was to correct work that was done three days ago. I must say my dentist did take much more care this time a.d the result is vastly improved.

I don't know if it's my imagination or not but one of the fillings already feels that it has moved...

My appointment was booked for Tuesday 18th August at10am.I booked in with the very pleasant receptionist at 9:55am. Moments later I was called in and sat down in the treatment chair at exactly 10am!
Jo was very thorough with her examination and needed to take x-rays of my teeth. She explained everything as she worked and whilst waiting for the x-rays to be processed,a matter of minutes, we chatted. I'd lost a filling previously and on viewing the x-rays confirmed that my teeth and gums were in very good condition and the filling repair was the only treatment required.
I would explain that due to medical issues I am unable to lay down as usually required by dentists nowadays but Jo adjusted the chair to my requirement. She even said that when I returned for my repair she would have a pillow available to aid my comfort.
My appointment to replace the filling is booked for two weeks time.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Together Dental Downham Market. Ànd the highest praise for the staff at this excellent practice.

Appointment started on time. I had a reminder on the day and a few days before. Very friendly dentist and assistant. And very quick and almost painless extraction of my molar. No problems since. Lots of aftercare advice provided. Dentist was very friendly and did a very good job.
