Would definitely recommend Nina, she is so down to earth, very lovely and friendly.

I attended my appointment yesterday with Matthew, who was, as always, excellent. He is friendly, professional, and takes the time to make me feel comfortable during my visits. I have no complaints whatsoever about the treatment and care I receive from him.

Unfortunately, my overall experience was let down by the administration side of the practice. My appointment was changed three times before I was finally seen, which was frustrating and inconvenient.

In addition, when I was leaving and paying for my routine check-up, I was informed that I would also need to pay a 40% deposit for my next appointment, which is not until August 2027. When I questioned this, the receptionist's response was simply, "You'll have to ask Matthew about that." I felt my query was dismissed rather than properly addressed, and the interaction came across as though she couldn't care less about my concerns.

It's disappointing because the clinical care provided by Matthew is excellent, but the customer service experience at reception did not match that same standard. I hope the practice reviews both its communication around appointment changes and its approach to explaining payment policies to patients.

Staff are great and very professional

I was treated very well even before I entered the dentist the manager saw me and held the door for me. I have mobility issues and walk with a Rollator so navigating a door and a rollator is difficult but there is a bell outside if you need assistance but I just felt her seeing me and holding the door was lovely. And I was treated kindly when I was in with the receptionist holding the door open when I left. 17

On time, polite and most importantly the treatment was pleasurable and pain free! Dr Paulsen is a gent.

I was sorry when I heard that I would no longer see my usual dentist, but Mr Maher Mohamed was very friendly, efficient and reassuring. I will be happy to continue to see him in the future.

As always receptionist was happy,helpful and nice. My dentist Pooja always kind and cheerful and makes you feel comfortable will doing work on your teeth.

The procedure was fast and efficient.

The dentist and his assistant were friendly and professional. At 69 years of age I thought the day that I would look forward to going to the dentist would never arrive. Never say never!

My husband went along for his first visit after having decided to switch from a previous dentist and was extremely impressed with the friendliness of all the staff and especially with the care taken by his now regular dentist. Premises were spotlessly clean too. He came away feeling very happy to have made the switch and felt valued as a patient. Would recommend!

Sadly this is now a dentist practice whose main aim is to sell expensive services & products not to provide good oral health care this is very much secondary.

In three visits it has been suggested I have a bridge, no? ok how about an implant? no! how about having veneers? no! teeth whitening?, no! ok I think you should see an hygienist every three months. This is following a check up where I was advised that my teeth were in very good condition!!!

Dentist was polite & nice but it definitely felt sales target driven, receptionist lovely although the daft form you fill in every time is annoying.

Everything about the Together Dental practice on Canvey island is excellent.
The reception staff are warm and friendly and look after my trolley whist I with Martin the dentist.
I had a hygiene clean last Thursday and although I was dreading the experience it was not an issue.
Martin remains calm and professional and his assistant also volunteered to put music on if it would help to relax me.I did suggest they sing Dancing Queen but that was taking it a step too far!
I have to make them laugh and I believe Martin is now getting my humour.

I use the Pitsea surgery and my experiences have always been very positive. All of the staff here are friendly and efficient. My dentist Femi is so nice & helpful. I feel completely confident whilst in her care.

I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart. As you know, I was a very nervous patient, I was absolutely petrified of even sitting in the dentist’s chair, until I met you!

You are amazing and a true credit to the surgery. I honestly cannot thank you enough for helping me and looking after me. You are so caring, kind, patient and understanding.

I arrived at 10:30am in quite a bit of pain after having two lots of antibiotics prescribed by an emergency dentist for that nasty back tooth. You took the time to explain everything that was happening and even showed me my tooth on the X-ray so I could fully understand what the problem was.

For a dentist to be so kind and caring that I felt I could completely trust you to remove my tooth there and then was nothing short of a miracle for me. For most of my adult life, I have had a terrible fear of the dentist, but that fear is now gone. I have finally found my dentist!

I had no more pain after the extraction and, incredibly, I was even out shopping afterwards! The procedure was nothing like id experienced previously with having a tooth out, you were so kind and gentle, and it took all of about 3 minutes 😄 I
never imagined I would ever feel this comfortable and relaxed about having dental treatment.

And the best part is, I’ve already booked in for my check-up on 3rd October! 💙 I never thought I’d be saying that so happily after spending most of my adult life terrified of the dentist!

You truly are amazing, Arsalan. “Mr Miracle Man” is your new name as far as I’m concerned! 💙
