I had to have 2 teeth removed and was offered a referral to specialist, but I decided to put my trust in Katarzyna Mroz. I was anxious and a bit scarred, but I was reassured by Katarzyna's and her assistant's professional, but friendly and very caring approach. Anaesthesia was applied in just right amount to keep me pain free throughout the procedure. I was given enough time to recover and adjust to being vertical again and good instructions as to what to expect and how to treat the wound. I walked out with(almost) a smile. The expertise shown was flawless and good experience for Katarzyna's new colleague who observed the event. Thank you very much, You are a star 😘

The staff were very helpful and my dentist , well understanding, compassionate, very professional an excellent dentist who explained everything whilst having a sense of humour.

Got seen exactly on time with this visit, no waiting or delays. Quick and efficient service from the dentist, which was the best experience I have had so far as I am a very nervous patient and have a big fear of the dentist, but it was a better experience than previously.

I arrived a few minutes before my appointment and went in right on time. The de test and nurse were very pleasant and everything was explained to me. The whole experience was very pleasant.

It no longer matters what I’m going to the dentist for now. I go to the best dentist I’ve ever had and he explains everything including what the procedure involves. Just wish I had discovered him sooner!

it was a very comfortable and relaxed experience it's the most Relaxing Experience I've ever had at a dentist I'm glad that I had to make the change to a new dentist it was quite a stressful thing not being able to find a dentist that could accommodate me, but having found this one, it was well worth the search

Dr Deu is excellent. He always provides a professional and friendly service and I feel relaxed about any treatment.

It was a great experience as it was my first time of visiting. The Receptionist was very polite and friendly and made me feel comfortable. The Dentist was very thorough, professional and appeared knowledgable in her assessment and treatment.
