I hadn't seen a dentist for many years.
I suffer with anxiety so was nervous about attending.
The reception staff were all polite.
My appointment was with Rachel and she was very understanding about my anxiety and made me feel calm.
Rachel explained everything to me with what is needed and explained everything about my referral to the hospital.
I'm actually looking forward to going back.
Didn't think I would be saying that.

I visited the dentist to have my front fillings done, the receptionist was very happy and helpful and put me at ease straight away, My dentist was so gentle and talked me through every step of my treatment, he made a fantastic job of my front fillings and I never thought they would look so natural and invisible. Thank you all who looked after me and also not to forget the lovely dental nurse whoever made me feel cared for. I would definitely recommend this practice and although I live 1 hour away it was we'll worth the journey. Thanks Yvonne Kendall

My son has been through a few dentists for many years trying to get braces. He is nearing 18 and still being put off by others. This dentist is the first we came across that actually initiated orthodontic treatment and has gone above and beyond at his appointments. Thank you!

Had some pain due to a very loose tooth. Reception staff very helpful. Got me an emergency appointment within a few days. My dentist was a gentleman called Sunny. He was excellent. I am on a number of medications due to health condition. Sunny took this into account and told me everything would be OK and it was! Tooth extracted. Never felt a thing. Very little bleeding, brought under control within minutes. No pain afterwards, just a little discomfort. All the staff are lovely and the whole place is very clean and calm.

Visited the dental practice on Canvey island! I was nervous as my mother of 92 has a loose bridge and another loose tooth! Ani and the receptionist were all very helpful and obliging! Agreed to review in another checkup! Now monitoring! I had my checkup at the same time and was welcomed to sit with my mum after her checkup then I had mine! The experience ended on a good note for now!

The most friendly welcome by the smiling receptionist. Dentist was also friendly and explained everything well, making me feel at ease and in good hands.

I had my wisdom tooth removed. The team were professional and friendly. They explained everything well and the lovely nurse held my hand during the injections to my tooth. I was nervous at times and they reassured me. The aftercare explanation was very clear.

The whole visit was really easy from check in with reception to both my hygiene and check up appointments with Lauren and Swapna. I was able to also quickly get my invoices emailed to me the same day to then provide to my insurer. Always very smooth service.

Pleasant surroundings and very pleasant and kind staff. The nurse and dentist put me at ease by talking me through the process.

I accidently came very late to my appointment, but the staff were very good and fitted me in.

I love my dentist, Russell Hodges, who is both kind and very thorough. And this time I had a new hygienist, Kelsey, who was brilliant. They ALMOST make going to the dentist a pleasure...

Katarzyna Mroz Is absolutely amazing! Ive had such a bad experience at previous dentists so was so nervous however she does my treatments with no pain and explains everything even whilst doing the treatment. So glad i have her and have changed my dentist. Reception staff also very helpful and friendly.

I have had many dentists over the years due to moving around the country.
Since being in Essex this will be my 4th dentist and hopefully my final one as I am so happy with the work I’ve had done so far and they came highly recommended by several people I work with. I’m so happy with them that even my husband has just joined the same practice. Benfleet
