Father’s Day gift not delivered
I ordered a gift for Father’s Day on Saturday, it’s Wednesday today, still hasn’t been delivered. I have emailed them twice and even phoned them no reply. Please do no waste your money. Next time I will carefully think about using companies like this.

Mothers Day Fiasco
I sent a chiffon suit for my mom on Mothers Day. She got it three days late and was far from what they showed on the website.. it was shocking pink instead of peach and material , the fabric was not chiffon. It was some really bad synthetic material. I complained to gheir customer service. First no one responded. Then an email cane that a ticket has been created . And then thats it. I jeep sending them mails and they dont respond at all. I will never use them again.!!!

Worst Service. They can't deliver the parcel on specific date. I ordered Birthday a week before to be deliver on time. When i contacted them they said we will deliver till maximum 7pm and they wasting time since morning and the whole day.Never received the parcel ever. Please stay away from them. They are fake.

I have noticed Tohfay.com to be overly expensive.
A quick example is dinner at lal qila costs PKR 1,500. Dinner for 3 is naturally PKR 4,500. Tohfay charged me $123 AUD which is almost PKR 12,000. This is absurd.
Back in 2012 I send the same dinner for 3 voucher and the price was $62. In this regards, the price almost doubled with no justification whatsoever.

I sent a package and paid extra same day charges.
The package was delivered 3 days later ! AND only after repeated complaints, calls and messages. !
The service is absolutely crap and a rip off ! The delivered cake was different from what was ordered, the flower bouquet was NOTHING like it was shown in the picture.
Rubbish service !
Complete waste of time and money !

I placed an order for mother's day, and to deliver the order on a selected date, they asked for US $2.95 extra, but the order did not arrive on the selected date and the helpline kept misinforming that the order will be delivered, just be patient. It has been 4 days since I placed the order and their online chat agents have stopped replying back. I am planning to dispute the payment I made to them as a FRAUD.
