I cannot rate Toilet spares more highly . I had a problem over Christmas with a toilet , No one in Ireland could guarantee to get he the part within any kind of reasonable time . I contacted Toilet spares on 5th January to see if they would deliver to Ireland as soon as possible many uk companies won’t , I sent them a picture of the toilet interior they were back to me immediately showing me the part I needed and they would deliver , The part arrived 3 days later is installed and working perfectly, They were fast , efficient , knew the part needed straight away , no delays , despatched it immediately . The toilet is a concealed toilet , Great job Toilet spares

Genuinely exceptional service
One case where “exceptional service” is for once not hyperbole. The website is very helpful and well laid out, but the personal response is something else. Instant response to a query, out of normal business hours, and follow up with a video that demonstrated how to install the part without damaging it during removal and reinstalling! Considering I’m not a volume buyer, the attention shown is just incredible, and massively appreciated. Thank you so much- I’ll be buying my spares from you guys always.

Excellent communication. Send an email explaining my problem with some photos and with in 10 minutes i got the reply back from steve. Being not a plumber or diy man my self Steve kept replying to my messages and giving his suggestions promptly when needed . And i got the items delivered within 2 days. Highly recommend.
