Bootlegged and over priced.

They attend mcm comic con each year and prices and quality of merch is a joke for bootlegged plushies. Tried to sell me a pikachu plush telling me it was from Nintendo when it clearly wasn’t. Price of stuff online shop is double RRP. At one point they were selling a Sephiroth bust for £60 when even square enix was asking £40. My advice is to avoid. Do not trust. To many fake goods in their shop and on the stalls at conventions.

Lovley Customer Services, One Item Was Out Of Stock Which I Got Refunded Straight Away. Got Free Haribos Which Was Super, Packeged Well And Shipped So Quick, Everything Arrived Perfectly, Would Definitely Buy From Again.

Bought some Christmas presents online from here. I bought a bunch of Japanese snacks and some cards and they came quickly and just as described. I was so pleased I made another order for more goodies - some more snacks and a couple gundam figures. They came quickly (even tho it was peak holiday season) and when I had a question about my delivery and customer service got back VERY quickly. Very pleased with my purchases :)

Lovely lady with the hello kitty beanie gave me some super useful knowledge on the sanrio collectable blind bag I got which would help me if I decide to collect them all, she didnt need to tell me as I never asked- Simply out of kindness. The shop feels super welcoming unlike other anime/nerd themed stores in the area.

This shop refuses to donate toys to a terminally ill child in Glasgow - the same city they have a shop-through the Make a Wish foundation. Even though we are a loyal customers. They even said it was 'disgusting' to even ask them.
Refuse to give them your business in return.

Went to the Sidcup branch, and the staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Bought 3 different mangas in there and had a long chat with them about anime. Found out they're a lover of the same vocaloid character as me, which is Gakupo. I unfortunately didn't get their names aside from Zoe (I think?) who had these super cool piercings like mine and a really cute girl with blonde hair who was also working the same day. Couldn't recommend this store enough. It's just the right size for those who are very antisocial. Will definitely be visiting again and getting that Madoka figure!!

I ordered some animal crossing gummy cards. They arrived quickly and they even threw in an extra Pack. Thank you

i bought a rem statue, it is good quality licensed statue, and it arrived promptly. the only issue was the price, which was around £30, when other websites have the same statue for around £23.

Great service, nabbed the last Gundam AssaultShroud kit.. came in perfect condition and only took 2 days to arrive.

Store marks up prices and describes products inaccurately. Claiming additional products are included when they're not. Also, increasing prices to almost double RRP.

AVOID.

Honestly it was a good shop but I bought a poster a Tokyo ghoul chibi style poster I ur was number 7 it said on the showcase I double checked and grabbed the number 7 poster now I don't live in Scotland i live about 4 hours away from Glasgow and for the next few days of my trip I was super excited to get home and out this poster on my wall get home unravel it and it's a poster from nightmare before Xmas I've never even watched this movie so I dont want the poster I can't go back to get a new one and I can't find the same poster online Tokyo toys sort yourselves out

has potential, but it's nothing great. most of the products being sold are bootlegged or off license, which is beyond bad considering a good chunk of customers are either parents looking to buy for their children or young children themselves. the company uses needing money to stay afloat in order to justify selling counterfeit goods at extortionate prices, though that's a statement true of every business and shouldn't be considered passable for this one. rawkz and magic madhouse both offer legitimate japanese imports at reasonable prices. at least the tokyo toys staff seems enthusiastic?

Glasgow store. Staff very friendly and had a lot of knowledge of what I was looking for. My daughter was looking for certain things in particular and members of staff knew where to locate items and had a lot of comments which where very helpful.

Absolutely brilliant. Went to the Glasgow branch whilst on holiday with my two daughters who LOVED the store. As we are from London there was no way to get back to the store to buy them presents for their birthdays, one of the kind girls told me about this website. by the time I got home I had forgotten what my children had wanted, so I sent an email over asking some advise. I simply told them what my daughter liked, their ages and my budget, a lovely lady called Shell got back to me advising what they might like, ordered and it arrived the next day. My girls were over the moon. One very happy parent

bought 3 things so far nothing but good service also got free sweets :P

This company does not care about their customers, the staff are rude and uninformed. They will happily sell you low quality chinese fakes and try to take advantage of customers naivety.

The prices they charge are ridiculous for bootleg goods and the limited selection of legitimate products they sell they can be found elsewhere in the UK at much cheaper prices.
